Eran las 11 de la mañana cuando el muchacho de la casa donde me estaba alojando se comunicaba telefónicamente con quien me iba a pasar a buscar por San Mateo para llevarme a Maracay, la histórica localidad venezolana donde Hugo Chávez planeó el golpe de Estado en 1992 (como se lee en el final de esta última crónica, hice contacto con la militancia del PSUV, el partido oficial del chavismo). Hay una particularidad que noté cuando la gente acá habla por teléfono: no pierden tiempo en formalidades ni saludos insustanciales, van al grano. Por ejemplo, llama alguien por teléfono y el otro no dice, hola qué tal cómo le va buenas tardas qué me cuenta que está haciendo disculpe que lo moleste tiene dos minutos es que quiero… etcétera. Directamente la primera palabra cuando suena un celular es “dime”, “dime pana, dale”, “Vamos pana, qué pasa, hable”. No se pierde el tiempo porque no hay tiempo que perder. La burocracia del Estado cuyo deterioro se siente en todas las esferas de la vida cotidiana –como se explica en esta crónica- se intenta suplir, de alguna manera, con la eficiencia humana. En Venezuela, por ejemplo, ya no se duermen siestas ni se estiran las sobremesas y qué hablar de aquellos típicos hombres y mujeres que están en todos lados como las plantas que nacen de las paredes húmedas, y que adoptan la “vida contemplativa”, (cuando escribo esto me imagino un tipo de ojos chiquitos jugando con un escarbadientes en la boca cuya sonrisa está cansada, mientras se soba circularmente la panza) aquellos pachorrientos que se derrumban sobre un pasto verde para darse un buen baño de sol; esos tipos acá ya no existen.
La burocracia del Estado, cuyo deterioro se percibe en todas las esferas de la cotidianidad, se intenta suplir, de alguna manera, con la eficiencia humana”
Llegó el pana.
Llegó finalmente el pana de Maracay, luego de subir espiralmente hacia arriba, en el cerro donde estaba en San Mateo. “Ven, pana, súbete al carro”, me dijo. Me despedí de mi amigo Henry y emprendí el viaje con Marciano, un comunista hecho y derecho, con barba y sin bigote, con una cara de musulmán que volteaba. “Pareces un miembro del Hezbolá”, fue lo primero que le dije, y Marciano estalló en una carcajada, luego me di cuenta que era un comunista con un humor sutil y ácido, muy divertido. Ahí nomás me empezó a contar su relación con musulmanes del Hezbolá, de cuando era secretario de la Juventud de Relaciones Internacionales del Partido Comunista. “De hecho, ahora trabajo con unos árabes, sembrando en un campo, es mi trabajo más allá de ser director de Relaciones Comunales en el Estado de Aragua”. Y tú qué, pana, qué haces acá, qué buscas, me preguntó. Le dije que mi intención era la de contar la “verdad” de lo que pasaba con la Revolución Bolivariana, ante la “difamación” de los “grandes medios hegemónicos”. Hizo un movimiento de cabeza indiferente, como diciendo “ajá”, como diciendo “no te creo” o como diciendo “vos también te comés ese buzón, qué aburrido”.
3.Conversación con el comunista Marciano en el carro.
Marciano me cantó la posta de entrada.
Paso a narrar la conversación que tuvimos en la ruta.
-¿Qué está pasando en Venezuela?- le pregunté
-¿Tú qué ves?
-Bueno, recién vengo de una zona empobrecida, sin embargo la gente con la que me tocó estar eran chavistas. Veo que está complicada la situación para conseguir lo necesario para vivir…
-¿Dónde te metiste, chamo? (se ríe), esa zona es arrecha, está controlada por el hampa (video), hace un año creo mataron una cantidad de gente y la dejaron tirada debajo de ese (señala) puente.
-Sí, pero ahora está Pedrito, mi vecino el pran, el nuevo alcalde de la zona que es muy bueno con su gente y no la molesta si nadie le falta el respeto.
-Ah, asumió un nuevo pran, entonces deben haber liquidado al otro. Sí, debe estar tranquilo porque saben que las FAES ahora si se porta mal lo llenan de plomo sin chistar.
-Contame de las FAES, Marciano, cómo se crearon esas fuerzas especiales que entran a los barrios y matan a los supuestos malandros.
-El sistema del pranato… Es una desgracia que el gobierno nuestro haya dejado crecer a esa gente. Porque hubo mucha ausencia del Estado, o bien los ayudaron a que crezcan. Ahora, como vieron que se les está yendo de las manos se les están volviendo en contra, y crearon las FAES (Fuerzas de Acción Especiales), un componente de la policía que investiga, se mete a los barrios y matan a todos. Las FAES son temidas por los pranes, sembraron más miedo que los terroristas mismos.
-¿Y cómo se sostienen los pranes?
-Se sostienen por las drogas y secuestros. Hay que dejar en claro que los pranes no son los denominados Colectivos, que la oposición quiere hacer pasar. Los Colectivos de choque, por otra parte, tienen una actividad de índole social, político, económica y militar en defensa del territorio. Los Colectivos son para el control interno de la zona.
Pasamos en el carro por la empresa de Lorenzo Mendoza, el empresario más importante del país que en 2017 se encanutó los dos productos que más se consumen en Venezuela: harina de maíz para la arepa y cerveza “Polar”, pero sin embargo, pese a eso, no se logró un estallido generalizado aunque sí hubo unos cuantos muertos aquel año.
-¿Qué está pasando en Venezuela? Hay un montón de problemas, pero ¿qué es lo que más molesta, para vos?- le preguntó al amable marxista, licenciado en filosofía.
-Lo que más molesta son los enchufados, que son los que tienen ventajismos con el resto. Por ejemplo, yo conozco un funcionario tal entonces no hago cola en esta estación de servicio. Puedo conseguir créditos, etcétera. Hay mucho de eso, y es lo que más molesta, la cuestión ética-moral.
Luego me dirá: “Cuando hay buena situación de bonanza no se le da mucha bola. Ahora bien, cuando viene la malaria y ven que alguien no hace la cola para la gasolina, va generando una sensación de odio en la sociedad, una arrechera, y eso lo capitaliza excelentemente la derecha”
-¿Por qué el PC no se impuso en la estructura principal de la revolución bolivariana?- consulté.
-El PC no tiene masas. El PSUV no tiene asidero ideológico pero sí tiene masas. Al PC tampoco le interesa crecer en masas, entonces de qué vale irse y recluirse. En el PSUV hay desde un corrupto de alto nivel, hasta una viejita del CLAP (bolsa de alimento entrada por el gobierno), digna y trabajadora. También hay hombres ideológicos e intelectuales y guerrilleros, es una bolsa de gatos. Uno siente a veces que los partidos comunistas en América Latina están coptados por la CIA (risas). Yo no sé si es la CIA o la torpeza misma. Hasta el 2008 no había casi ningún militante comunista. Con el tiempo formamos 8 colectivos grandes. La juventud creció arrechamente. Luego el partido destrozo a la juventud. Los mejores cuadros son de ahí hoy. Cuando ven que la vaina está grande necesitan que se fragmente. Esto pasa igual en todas partes de Latinoamérica- explica, categórico, mi amigos leninista.
Después, hará un análisis internacional: “A nivel estructural, hay una situación de confrontación, y según quien esté casado con quien (Estados Unidos, Rusia y China) se padece en consecuencia. Si decidiste casarte con Rusia y China, padeces a los norteamericanos. Pero es mejor casarse con Rusia y China, porque por lo menos te dejan algo. Levantan la casa, no son tan rapiña como los yanquis”
Ya llagamos a Maracay y nos dirigimos a la casa de una señora de edad avanzada, gallega ella, estuvo en la guerra civil española. Entramos a un country, donde 2 guardias nos abren un inmenso portón. El panorama cambia completamente, es otra realidad, por supuesto, con otros problemas.
