Un nuevo nombre “cayó” en la causa de espionaje ilegal de la administración de Cambiemos. Se trata de Darío Nieto, exsecretario privado de Mauricio Macri, y quien además colaboró con Carlos “Colo” Macallister en dos oporunidades: en la campaña a diputado nacional de 2013 y en la candidatura a gobernador en 2019 como coordinador.
“¡No voy a entregar el celular!”, exclamó Darío Nieto cuando un equipo de la Policía Federal llegó a su casa en el barrio porteño de Palermo, con una orden de allanamiento del juzgado de Federico Villena que investiga múltiples maniobras de espionaje ilegal durante el gobierno de Cambiemos.
La orden del poder judicial era secuestrar “agendas telefónicas, computadoras, celulares, pendrives y notebooks, junto con documentación o anotadores que pudieran ser de interés para esta causa.
En el Pro solían definirlo a Nieto como “la sombra” de Macri por su tarea de ir con él a todos lados y estar en todos los detalles. Tuvo un papel activo en la juventud PRO, había trabajado con Francisco Quintana en la Legislatura porteña, y también con el exjefe de Gabinete Marcos Peña.
Según relatan fuentes de medios nacionales, habría mensajes donde los hombres de la Agencia Federal de Inteligencia (AFI) le preguntan a Susana Martinengo, la exdirectora de Documentación de la Casa Rosada, involucrada en la causa, si los reportes le llegaban al “número uno”, y ella asegura que sí, que recibía todo, a través de su secretario privado, el joven Nieto.
Hasta ahora hay un solo detenido, en la causa de “espionaje M”, se trata de Alan Ruiz, exjefe de Operaciones Especiales de la AFI en la gestión de Gustavo Arribas y exfuncionario pampeano durante la gestión de Juan Carlos Tierno al frente del Ministerio de Seguridad de la provincia.
Semanas atrás trascendieron grabaciones en donde Ruiz confiesa que la causa por acoso a Juan Carlos Marino en 2019 fue armada por la Agencia Federal de Inteligencia. Marino al momento de la denuncia competía en la interna de cambiemos por la gobernación con Mac Allister.
