La queja de los bancos y la “poca solidaridad”

1.Nuevo “caballito de batalla”, el Banco de La Pampa

La Pampa fue reconocida a nivel nacional por aumentar -en un proyecto aprobado por todos los bloques- la carga tributaria a los bancos privados. Las 13 sucursales que operan acá rápidamente salieron a renegar a través de la entidad que los nuclea, ADEBA: “Ninguna jurisdicción ha reducido los impuestos. Por el contrario, La Pampa lo ha llevado al 14%. Récord”, se quejaron. Desde la frase “los bancos nunca han ganado tanta plata como con este gobierno” a “esperamos que quienes más tienen, sean los que más pongan”, se desprende la pregunta obvia: ¿En la práctica se trasladarán esos impuestos a la gente? Fue lo primero que anticipó ADEBA, y casi en simultáneo desde el Ejecutivo se le respondió: “Son de manual”, para explicar que si eso sucede, si deciden trasladar el aumento, los clientes tendrán el derecho de irse y “encontrarán en el Banco de La Pampa mejores beneficios”. Más allá de la recaudación de 67 millones de pesos en 6 meses que implica aumentar 5 puntos el impuesto a los Ingresos Brutos a la banca privada, fortalecer y agrandar el Banco pampeano: la gran apuesta

2.Poca solidaridad

Los ricos no tienen solidaridad pero tampoco los empleados estatales, señaló el contador y ministro de Hacienda, Ernesto Franco -acostumbrado a tener prolijas las cuentas- ya que, según dijo, hay un sector que se beneficia porque no va a trabajar, percibe el sueldo pero no paga impuestos. La recaudación es una “incógnita”, dijo, mientras que los municipios esperan la ayuda del gobierno para pagar sueldos a empleados (Santa Rosa tiene 2.000, Pico 930). No obstante, resaltó que la situación económica de la provincia aún es “sólida”.

3.Ni un centímetro de ventaja

Se anunció la extensión de la cuarentena. En La Pampa, pese a la situación sanitaria privilegiada, se resolvió no flexibilizar más de la cuenta. La única actividad que se reanuda, por ahora, son las obras privadas, y ya se está analizando, también, habilitar a trabajadores domésticos, peluqueros, abogados y contadores.
