El Servicio Médico Previsional (SEMPRE) informó a sus afiliadas y afiliados que a partir del 1° de octubre del 2020 y por el período de un mes, se suspende del listado de prestadores de la obra social y por tanto no se reconocerá la cobertura (por ninguna vía) de la atención que realicen los doctores otorrinolaringólogos Mariano Daniel Claro y Jorge Luis Claro de la ciudad de Santa Rosa.
Esta suspensión se efectiviza luego de que se impusiera por la vía administrativa y se confirmara además por la vía judicial, una sanción a ambos profesionales. Desde el SEMPRE se aclaró que el trámite se ajustó a derecho, que se garantizó debidamente el derecho de defensa de los profesionales en todo el procedimiento administrativo, considerando correcto el encuadre jurídico de las conductas investigadas como “faltas graves”, que posteriormente fueron confirmadas por el fuero judicial.
Se informa a los afiliados, afiliadas y prestadores de la obra social, que conductas de esta naturaleza generan perjuicios para todas las partes, por lo que apelamos a la responsabilidad moral, profesional y ética en el accionar, con el objetivo de preservar y cuidar este sistema solidario de salud.
