A la espera de la evolución de los casos, vuelven las restricciones vigentes durante la semana pasada

Las mismas estarán en vigencia durante la semana, a partir de mañana lunes. Las medidas cambiarán según la evolución de los casos, la ocupación de camas de terapia intensiva y del nuevo DNU que regirá desde el próximo sábado 12.  El Gobierno provincial tiene la intención, como lo ha hecho en otras oportunidades, de disminuir las restricciones si se profundiza la baja de contagios, y para ello evaluará los datos estadísticos que surjan del sistema de salud provincial. Todo ello, en el marco de las exigencias y facultades que otorga cada DNU nacional.

Desde este lunes, las actividades económicas habilitadas podrán realizarse entre las 6 y las 18 horas. Los locales gastronómicos sumarán, además,  la modalidad delivery hasta las 23 horas. La circulación estará restringida entre las 18 y las 6 horas, excepto para esenciales y quienes tengan turno de vacunación.
Fuera del horario de restricción no será necesario el permiso de circulación.

Actividades Suspendidas en todo el territorio provincial

  • La circulación de las personas entre las 18:00 horas y las 06:00 horas con excepción de personas afectadas a actividades esenciales y las personas con turnos de vacunación y su acompañante, si correspondiere.
  • Actividades de permanencia y reuniones sociales en domicilios particulares y en espacios públicos al aire libre.
  • Práctica o entrenamiento de cualquier deporte en lugares cerrados.
  • Práctica o entrenamiento grupal de todo tipo de deportes al aire libre.
  • Actividades de casinos, bingos, discotecas, salones de fiestas y salones de fiestas infantiles.
  • Todo tipo actividades y/o eventos culturales, turísticos, sociales, recreativos y religiosos que impliquen concurrencia de personas, excepto las económicas habilitadas por cada Municipalidad o Comisión de Fomento en fecha previa al 18 de mayo de 2021 y siempre que se realicen al aire libre.
  • Cines, teatros, clubes, gimnasios, centros culturales y otros establecimientos afines, excepto que funcionen al aire libre y con un máximo permitido de hasta 10 personas.
  • Locales comerciales entre las 18:00 horas y las 6:00 horas del día siguiente, excepto farmacias y actividad de expendio de combustibles.
  • Locales gastronómicos (restaurantes, bares, rotiserías, etc) entre las 18:00 horas y las 6:00 horas del día siguiente, excepto la modalidad de reparto a domicilio que podrá realizarse hasta las 23:00 horas.
  • Dictado de clases presenciales en todos los niveles y modalidades del sistema educativo provincial, de gestión pública y privada, y los centros de formación profesional y la actividad de los Jardines maternales y de infantes de gestión privada enmarcados en la Ley Provincial N° 251.
