Olga Reinoso y la escritura como refugio: “No puedo imaginar mi vida sin la literatura”

Los autores que marcaron su vida y su formación como feminista. Los Borgia, el libro “prohibido” que leyó tempranamente. El momento en que a los 11 años vio una luna emerger de los eucaliptos y escribió su primer poema. ¿Existe algo denominado “Literatura Pampeana”? ¿Qué opina la autora sobre el escritor y la escritora “comprometida”?

Alguna vez escribí que Olga Reinoso es “una escritora que imagina historias con un cuchillo en la boca”. Cada vez que la vuelvo a leer no sólo reafirmo aquella aseveración, sino que la incisión que genera su palabra es más profunda y universal; además, siempre tiene, desde la literatura, nuevas formas de intervenir en la realidad.

Tanto sus microrrelatos como sus poesías se nutren de hechos cotidianos, sociales, incluso, históricos, pero también se convierten en un mosaico de citas, donde reposan las lecturas que realiza desde la primera biblioteca familiar.

Sus obras, sean poesías, relatos o ensayos, refractan la cotidianidad, la infancia, el espacio de la mujer en la sociedad; en consecuencia, en ese ejercicio de relectura y consiguiente simbolización, como contrapeso, surge otra mirada y otro discurso de lo real femenino que fuera impuesto desde hace siglos por el patriarcado. Reinoso, a través de la escritura, desestructura ese imaginario con maestría y compromiso activo.

Olga Liliana Reinoso nació el 25 de mayo de 1951 en Capital Federal, pero transcurrió su infancia en un ignoto pueblo del norte de La Pampa llamado Embajador Martini. Después de recibirse de maestra ingresó en la Universidad Católica de Córdoba donde cursó hasta 5º año de la carrera de Abogacía. En 1977 se estableció en Buenos Aires donde vivió durante 11 años, momento en que regresó a La Pampa y se radicó en General Pico, donde -junto a otras personas- fundó el Grupo de Escritores Piquenses, de la que ha sido presidenta.

Publicó tres libros de poemas: Estar con vos (Rayuela, 1982), Palabra de mujer (Pico Duplicaciones, 1991), y A Quemarropa (Fondo Editorial Pampeano, 1998). Uno de narrativa Cuentos con descuento (Mis Escritos, 2007), una ficción autobiográfica titulada La Sembradora (Ediciones Llantodemudo, Córdoba, 2011) y el Ensayo Educar para la Paz: he aquí la cuestión, que fue premiado por el Ministerio de Cultura y Educación de La Pampa con un viaje a Cuba para asistir al Congreso Pedagógico 2001. Ya están en prensa Crímenes impunes y otras maldades (narrativa) y Convicta (poesía).

Ocho preguntas a la autora

—¿Había en el hogar una biblioteca familiar? ¿Cómo se relacionó con los libros?

Sí. Mi padre era un gran lector. Viví mis primeros años en el campo, aún no tenía hermanos. Los libros fueron mi compañía y entretenimiento. Cuando me quedaba sin libros infantiles hurgaba en la biblioteca paterna y así fue como leí tempranamente Los Borgia, un libro prohibido para mi edad.

—¿Cuándo empieza a escribir?

Tengo muy grabado un momento, no sé si fue el primero. Yo tenía 11 o 12 años. Era verano, estaba en el patio de mi casa y al ver la espléndida luna que emergía entre los altos eucaliptus, escribí un poema descriptivo. Luego se lo leí a mi madre diciéndole que lo había encontrado. Ella lo escuchó y me preguntó: ¿Cuándo lo escribiste? Desde entonces escribir se convirtió en un buen hábito. Y también en un hábitat, porque aún sigo refugiándome en la escritura.

—¿Qué obras marcaron sus lecturas? ¿En qué sentido?

Creo que con Mujercitas y Hombrecitos me volví feminista. Alicia en el país de las maravillas, Colmillo blanco, De los Apeninos a los Andes, todos los cuentos tradicionales y mucho títulos que no recuerdo. Me marcaron, especialmente, profundizando mi sensibilidad.

Hace un tiempo, otro poeta me preguntó por qué eludía las comas. Y le respondí: “Porque vivo sin comas”

—¿Qué autores o autoras han influido en su escritura?

Supongo que muchos y muchas, especialmente mujeres. Una muy fuerte fue mi maestra del Taller literario Antígona, Ester de Izaguirre. Idea Vilariño, tal vez porque me encanta y tiene esos versos cortos como suelen ser los míos. Hace un tiempo, otro poeta me preguntó por qué eludía las comas. Y le respondí: “Porque vivo sin comas”.

—¿Qué representa la literatura en su vida?

Sin exagerar, no puedo imaginar mi vida sin la literatura. Estuvo siempre, incluso en lo laboral. Eso es un privilegio.

—¿Qué opina de los géneros literarios (poesía, narrativa, ensayo)?

Me gustan todos, leo todos. Ahora mismo estoy leyendo un ensayo sobre los orígenes de la escritura, El infinito en un junco, de Irene Vallejo, escritora zaragozana. Me animo a decir que ya se ha convertido en un imprescindible. También leo poesía a diario y descubrí un escritor ruso: Mijail Bulgákov.

El paisaje es un elemento omnipresente, hasta en algunos de mis textos, que no soy pampeana sino “pampeña”

—¿Reconoce un corpus denominado literatura pampeana? Fundamente su construcción.

No soy una especialista en el tema. Creo que existe ese corpus. Pero, en lugar de pertenecer a distintos hemisferios, es como si se dividiera en hemistiquios. Uno referido al oeste y otro al norte de La Pampa. También tengo la sensación de que los jóvenes están unificando el verso. Todo ese conjunto hace a la literatura pampeana. El paisaje es un elemento omnipresente, hasta en algunos de mis textos, que no soy pampeana sino “pampeña”.

—¿El escritor o escritora sólo debe avocarse a la producción de su obra, o también debe participar en los debates de su época?

Me parece que eso es una decisión personal. Hay autores y críticos que opinan que el escritor debe estar comprometido con su entorno, a mí me interesa, pero hay que ser cuidadoso y no caer en el panfleto, porque para mi gusto, va en desmedro de la literatura.
