Gremios, salud y trabajo, buscan alternativas para enfrentar la segunda ola

Funcionarios provinciales se reunieron en el día de ayer para buscar alternativas frente a la segunda ola de covid y mantener una alterativa entre economía y salud. La reunión fue entre el subsecretario de Salud, Gustavo Vera, y el secretario de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo, Marcelo Pedehontaá, en conjunto con representantes gremiales en la Confederación General del Trabajo para tratar temas de responsabilidad ciudadana en el marco de la pandemia por COVID-19.

El secretario de Trabajo, Marcelo Pedehontaá, en reunión con los representantes gremiales, destacó la continuidad “de la ronda de consultas que marcó el gobernador, Sergio Ziliotto, días atrás como resultado de la reunión mantenida con las diversas cámaras. Estamos en un momento crucial y muy importante de cara a la denominada segunda ola de COVID. Transitamos con el pacto pampeano que presentamos a la sociedad, que fue muy valorado por ella, y es por eso que nos encontramos hoy con los representantes gremiales en compañía del subsecretario de Salud, Gustavo Vera, para hablar de protocolos para acentuar la responsabilidad, para no preocuparnos pero si ocuparnos del tema”, sostuvo en diálogo con APN.


El funcionario se refirió al repunte en la actividad económica tras las decisiones del Poder Ejecutivo provincial, pero a su vez manifestó preocupación por un relajamiento en los cuidados. “Los números van creciendo semana a semana, sabemos de la responsabilidad en el ámbito laboral que se tiene, pero también sabemos que muchos trabajadores, cuando salen del ambito laboral, pierden un poco la consciencia del cuidado y en eso hay que redoblar el esfuerzo. También es cierto que en La Pampa estamos en un momento importante de un crecimiento de actividad y empleo, paramos la destrucción del empleo, frenamos los números negativos que traíamos y por eso apostamos a un acuerdo tripartito donde estemos todos los pampeanos adentro. El Estado provincial, municipal, los gremios, cámaras empresariales y organizaciones intermedias, va a ser mucho más fácil. No hay una fórmula que nos diga cómo combatirlos, pero sí hay algo que nos indica que con el distanciamiento y con la responsabilidad de todos pampeanos y pampeanas va a ser mucho más facil sobre pasar esta “ola”, manifestó.

Sector gastronómico
En relación a la actividad comercial del sector gastronómico, que días atrás solicitó al Gobienro no detener las actividades, Pedehontaá indicó que “el problema de los gastronómicos no es del horario o del verano, es un problema del tiempo que se viene. Estamos analizando alternativas, tengo diálogo con las distintas cámaras, tanto de la Cámara del Centro de Empleados de Comercio como de la Federación de Gastronómicos y lo primero que surge es que apostaron al diálogo. Dejaron de visibilizar su problemática a través de la protesta y constituimos una mesa. También estamos viendo la posibilidad de potenciar espacios públicos o al aire libre, en este tiempo, con alguna inversión o idea que pueda suirgir. Pero insisto, si todos entendemos y seguimos en este marco de diálogo, potenciando las coincidencias y minimizando los problemas, podremos salir adelante”, indicó.


Sobre las politicas de mantener el equilibrio de salud y economía, el secretario de Trabajo manifestó que “atrás de los cuidados preventivos de la COVID en los ciudadanos, hay un problema económico. Quien tiene un proyecto de vida o un emprendimiento económico, comercial o industrial, y ve que día a día sus finanzas no cierran y empieza a ser un problema secundario el de la COVID. Por eso debemos cuidar la decisión política de mantener los niveles de salubridad en La Pampa, con potenciar la actividad para que nuestros empresarios puedan empezar a tener rentabilidades, que seguramente van a derramar en más empleo, mayor consumo y el circulo virtuoso va a arrancar”, sostuvo.


Sobre la posibilidad de una restricción de horarios nocturnos de atención gastronómica, el funcionario indico “estamos siguiendo día a día la evolución de los casos, estamos viendo que no hay casos sustantivos en el ámbito laboral, sino que es con respecto a la vida privada del trabajador donde se dilata un poco esa responsabilidad que tiene en el ámbito laboral. Si bien analizamos permanentemente la situación, no se analiza tomar medidas en lo inmediato y eso nos hace pensar que si tenemos la responsabilidad y entre todos nos cuidamos, vamos a poder seguir en este camino”, concluyó.
