Eduardo Castex, Victorica y La Maruja pasan a Fase 2

El Gobierno provincial estableció la Fase 2,  de Aislamiento Social, Preventivo y Voluntario y máxima responsabilidad social,  a partir de las 0 de mañana en Victorica, Castex y La Maruja.

Se suspenden las reuniones familiares y sociales y estará prohibida la ibre circulación entre las 23 y las 7 en los ejidos locales. Las actividades económicas podrán desarrollarse entre las 7 y las 22, con una tolerancia de media hora para bares y restaurantes.

 Las medidas fueron solicitadas por Salud Pública y consensuadas con las autoridades locales. Se implementarán a través de un Decreto firmado  por el gobernador Sergio Ziliotto y su gabinete que será publicado en horas de la tarde de hoy. El objetivo es minimizar la circulación durante el lapso que se extienda la Fase 2, para cortar la cadena de contagios ante el fuerte incremento de casos positivos registrado en los últimos días.


Durante la vigencia de la medida dispuesta, la libre circulación de las personas dentro del límite de la localidad queda supeditada sólo a casos de extrema necesidad. En igual sentido deben evitarse los traslados interurbanos desde o hacia las localidades afectadas. Este tipo de restricciones en la circulación han sido aplicadas exitosamente en otras localidades del país y del mundo como medida preventiva.


En las oficinas públicas dependientes del Poder Ejecutivo Provincial se establecerán guardias mínimas para asegurar la atención al público, observando las medidas de prevención respectivas. El Decreto invita a tomar las mismas medidas a los organismos nacionales y municipales.
Durante la Fase 2 el Ministerio de Educación suspende el dictado de clases presenciales.


El Banco de La Pampa establecerá su cronograma para atender el pago salarios y jubilaciones. La entidad crediticia informará en las próximas horas la modalidad de atención al público que aplicará.


El Decreto insiste en la necesidad que los vecinos actúen con compromiso, solidaridad y responsabilidad social, al tiempo que solicita se respeten las formas, condiciones y modalidades aconsejadas y  recomendaciones de las autoridades sanitarias nacionales y provinciales.

A la fecha hay 28 casos activos en Eduardo Castex, 16 en Victorica y 5 en La Maruja.
