El gobierno provincial informó que se accionó judicialmente por la posible ruptura de la cuarentena. En virtud de un caso sospechoso de COVID-19 que se encuentra en el Centro Emergente de Atención Respiratorio –CEAR-, el gobernador Sergio Ziliotto, instruyó al ministro de Seguridad para que solicite a la Justicia Provincial que investigue la posible comisión de un delito.
Sería por violación de la cuarentena, por parte de un camionero santarroseño que, luego de volver desde Neuquén, en vez de realizar la cuarentena en un hotel, pernoctó en un domicilio de la ciudad de Santa Rosa. La denuncia involucra también a los adultos que habitan la vivienda donde se alojó el camionero.
Uno de los habitantes del domicilio donde se alojó el camionero, es el caso sospechoso internado en el CEAR, en tanto que los restantes permanecen en cuarentena preventiva en su vivienda con custodia policial permanente.
