El Ministerio de Salud de la Provincia informó la ampliación del número de camas de terapia intensiva en La Pampa, incorporando otras 8, de las cuales 4 están en el subsector público y 4 en el subsector privado, para un total de 139.
“Tal como estaba previsto, en Unidad de Terapia IV de Santa Rosa, donde ya se habían habilitado 4 camas, se habilitan 4 más, quedando en un total de 8; y en el subsector privado de Salud se habilitarán otras 4 camas”, explicó el subsecretario de Salud, Gustavo Vera.
De esta manera, a partir de hoy la provincia de La Pampa cuenta con 139 camas de terapia, lo que refleja el importante esfuerzo que realiza el Estado, con el equipamiento de las mismas y fundamentalmente la adaptación del recurso humano para atender este aumento. Asimismo, en sinergia con el subsector privado, al que se le brindan diversos recursos desde Salud, se le suman 4 camas más.
A modo de cierre, el subsecretario reiteró la importancia de continuar cumpliendo con los protocolos y con el esfuerzo de gran parte de la comunidad que permitió disminuir la cantidad de contagios, haciendo hincapié en acercarse a realizar el testeo en caso de presentar el menor síntoma, y respetando medidas como distanciamiento físico, uso correcto de cubreboca, lavado permanente de manos, evitar la circulación innecesaria, entre otras.
