El mandatario anunció modificaciones en la tarjeta Alimentar, un mercado federal ambulante con precios accesibles y sin intermediarios y el acuerdo de carne a precios accesibles.
Tarjeta Alimentar
- Se amplía su alcance a niñas y niños de hasta 14 años (era hasta 6 años).
- Alcanza a casi dos millones y medio de familias (hasta ahora eran 1.500.000)
- Representa una inversión mensual de 30 mil millones de pesos (hasta ahora eran 10 mil millones)
- El monto de la tarjeta será de 6000 pesos para madres con un hijo; 9000 pesos para dos hijos; y 12000 para tres o más hijos.
- La cantidad de niñas y niños pasa de 1.900.000 a 3.700.000 chicas y chicos.
Mercado federal ambulante
Ofrecerá alimentos frescos a precios accesibles y sin intermediarios. Son entre un 30% y un 40% más bajos respecto del comercio minorista habitual.
Durante la primera etapa, una flota de camiones recorrerá semanalmente distritos del AMBA vendiendo bolsones de frutas y verduras a precios accesibles. En una segunda etapa se sumarán otros productos frescos (lácteos y carne) y en la última etapa se extenderá a todo el país.
Se venderán bolsones con frutas y verduras:
- Bolsón de hortalizas 5kg: $140
- Bolsón de vegetales 5kg: $260
- Bolsón de frutas 5kg: $290
Acuerdo de carne a precios accesibles
- Comienza el martes 11 de mayo, es hasta el 31 de diciembre, con actualización trimestral.
- Es un acuerdo integral, incluye los cortes más representativos del consumo de las argentinas y los argentinos.
- Se agrega un corte. Se ofrecen 9 cortes de carne (se agregó la paleta, para reforzar el consumo de cortes para cocción a la olla).

- El Mercado Central tendrá un acuerdo específico. Ahí se venderá todos los días con una oferta específica (de martes a sábado).
- Se amplía la cobertura. Se agrega un sistema itinerante de comercialización de carne en municipios. Son camiones con venta directa al público de más de 5.000 kg por camión.
- Se acuerda un volumen inicial para el mes de mayo de más de *8 millones de kilos*, pero se podrá aumentar según cómo vengan las ventas.
- Es uno de los acuerdos de mayor alcance logrado con el sector de los últimos años.
- Es un acuerdo con el consorcio de exportadores ABC (principal proveedor del canal supermercados), las cámaras CADIF, FIFRA, UNICA y los supermercados agrupados en ASU.
