En forma simultánea, el área recuerda que ya están abiertas, aunque con capacidad restringida por tener personal aislado, las oficinas centrales de Raúl B. Díaz 218, de 7.15 a 13.45 horas, para la realización de trámites presenciales de energía. Incluye la caja para el pago de facturas. En tanto, el Centro “Carlos Lorenzo”, en José Luro y Perú, se mantendrá sin atención presencial hasta nuevo aviso.
La CPE recomienda proseguir con las medidas de cuidados epidemiológicos y los protocolos vigentes, evitar las aglomeraciones y la circulación. Por esto, para gestionar algún servicio de energía, se solicita usar, preferentemente, los siguientes números de Whatsapp: 2954- 522511 (de sede Central) y 2954-223979 (del Carlos Lorenzo).
El pago de facturas puede hacerse a través de homebanking o cajeros automáticos de entidades financieras adheridas a la Red Link o la Red Banelco, o las alternativas de PampaPago, RapiPago y PagoFácil. También a través del débito automático del Banco de la Pampa o de la tarjeta Mastercard.
