Esta mañana tuvo lugar la licitación de la obra “Construcción nuevo edificio Colegio Secundario de Arata – La Pampa”, obra con un presupuesto oficial del $167.106.957,71 y un plazo de ejecución de 450 días corridos.
Participaron del acto el ministro de Obras y Servicios Públicos, Juan Ramón Garay, el ministro de Gobierno, Justicia y Derechos Humanos, Daniel Bensusán, el secretario de Asuntos Municipales, Rogelio Schanton, el intendente local, Jorge Sosa, la directora del Colegio Secundario, Adriana Oliveri, concejales y demás autoridades municipales.
En nombre del Gobierno provincial, el ministro de Gobierno, Justicia y Derechos Humanos acercó el saludo del gobernador Sergio Ziliotto y expresó su satisfacción por participar en esta importante licitación.
Bensusán recordó que este colegio secundario fue varias veces solicitado y por diferentes circunstancias no se había podido avanzar, pero hoy se comienza a transformar en realidad. “Ccharlando con Jorge Sosa, nos decía que junto al Centro de Formación Profesional, acompañan nuestra idea de que cada joven, cada pampeano, cada pampeana, pueda estudiar, pueda desarrollarse, pueda capacitarse en cada una de las localidades o zona a la que pertenece, sin tener que trasladarse para hacerlo. A eso apostamos desde el Gobierno provincial, a que las personas se capaciten, que puedan tener un oficio”.
Confiando en que en el tiempo que demande la obra Arata contará con el nuevo edificio, Daniel Bensusán expresó que de esta forma “seguimos cumpliendo los compromisos que asumió el gobernador, que asumió Sosa, cubriendo las necesidades en cada una de las comunidades, en todos los servicios que presta el Estado provincial y en este caso en un trabajo conjunto con el Gobierno municipal”.
A modo de cierre se esperanzó en una rápida puesta en marcha de los trabajos, “para que Arata siga creciendo como lo está haciendo. Es una alegría cada vez que venimos, ver cómo se va desarrollando la localidad, ver cómo el pueblo sigue pujante en diversas actividades”.
Intendente
Por su parte, Jorge Sosa agradeció la visita de las autoridades en este momento tan importante que permite concretar una obra de tal magnitud. “Sabes bien Adriana, como directora del colegio, cuántos años, cuántas generaciones han pasado, cuánta lucha para poder concretar esta obra tan importante para los aratenses”, sostuvo el jefe comunal.
“Esto es lo que venimos buscando, poder dar soluciones y que nuestros alumnos y alumnas puedan educarse en un lugar confortable”, continuó el intendente, quien a modo de cierre reiteró su agradecimiento hacia el Gobierno provincial, se puso a disposición de la empresa que resulte adjudicataria para colaborar con cualquier requerimiento, y pidió tomen mano de obra local para llevar adelante las tareas.
Firmas oferentes
Fueron cuatro las empresas oferentes, INNOKONST S.A, que cotizó a agosto de 2021, $189.280.234,12 (un 13,26% por encima del presupuesto oficial); ELORZA CARLOS, que cotizó a agosto de 2021, $193.376.113,61 (un 15.72% por encima del presupuesto oficial); GUERRERO JOSÉ LUIS, que cotizó a agosto de 2021, $194.428.945,30 (un 16,33% por encima del presupuesto oficial); y GONDEAN GUSTAVO, que cotizó a agosto de 2021, $199.312.937,43 (un 19,27% por encima del presupuesto oficial).
