La Secretaría de Cultura del gobierno de La Pampa celebró la distinción que recibió el Museo de Historia Natural de parte de la Fundación Museo de La Plata y, en ese contexto, agradeció el compromiso de todo el equipo del Museo de las dos últimas gestiones: directores Marcos Cenizo y Daniel Pincen, equipos técnicos , estudiantes pasantes, voluntarios.
Desde hace varios años, la Fundación Museo de La Plata “Francisco Pascasio Moreno” entrega el Premio Lahille a destacadas personalidades en el campo de las Ciencias Naturales que a través de su labor hayan demostrado una constante preocupación por volcar sus conocimientos a la comunidad.
En ese marco, se entregan reconocimientos a personas e instituciones que de alguna manera procuran difundir las ciencias naturales también en pos de la comunidad.
La edición Premio Lahille 2019 – Reconocimientos 2020, no pudo llevarse a cabo como se hizo años anteriores debido al aislamiento producto de la pandemia por COVID-19 y es por eso que se envían de manera digital.
En esta oportunidad, el jurado encargado de las menciones seleccionó al Museo Provincial de Historia Natural de La Pampa que depende de la Secretaría de Cultura entre todos los propuestos para distinguirlo por su labor y aporte a la divulgación de las ciencias naturales.
“Esperando poder volver prontamente a la presencialidad, lo felicitamos y enviamos un cálido abrazo de parte de todos los integrantes de la Fundación Museo de La Plata”, cierra el comunicado del Comité Ejecutivo.
