Nación analiza nuevas restricciones para el fin de semana

Este viernes vencen las medidas para frenar el avance del coronavirus y el Gobierno nacional se prepara para emitir un nuevo DNU que renueve las restricciones a partir de este sábado a las 0:00, en medio de las dificultades que presentó la aprobación de la “ley pandemia”, que regularía las restricciones sanitarias en todo el país y dejaría efectivo una serie de parámetros epidemiológicos para que cada provincia sepa que medidas debe tomar de acuerdo a la cantidad de contagios registrados en su territorio.

El DNU “se renovaría sin grandes modificaciones”, indicaron fuentes de Casa Rosada citadas por la agencia NA.

En ese sentido, no descartaron que el nuevo decreto mantenga el confinamiento estricto durante los fines de semana, aunque, esta vez, habría un apartado especial para el Día del Padre, que se celebra el tercer domingo de junio. Así, el Gobierno dejaría abiertas algunas actividades para ese día, con el objetivo de darle un poco de oxígeno a un sector fuertemente afectado por la pandemia.

En Balcarce 50 aún mantienen la esperanza de que Diputados pueda aprobar antes del viernes la ley que regula las restricciones. “Si no sale la ley, el DNU que se aplicaría no va a tener grandes cambios. Tenemos la esperanza de que salga, porque con una ley del Congreso sería muy diferente el accionar de algunas jurisdicciones. Con la ley no va a haber margen a libres interpretaciones”, señalaron desde el Ejecutivo.

Pese a que finalmente el proyecto no ingresará en la agenda de la sesión cuyo inicio está previsto para las 15:00, el oficialismo intentará avanzar con el tema en un plenario de las comisiones de Asuntos Constitucionales y Salud convocado a las 10:00, con la posibilidad de firmar dictamen de mayoría.

Sin embargo, a menos de 48 horas para el vencimiento del actual DNU, parece difícil que el Frente de Todos alcance los votos necesarios para avanzar con su aprobación.

Al no estar el tema incluido en la convocatoria de la sesión, la única alternativa en pie sería impulsar un apartamiento de reglamento para incorporar el expediente sobre tablas, pero ello exigiría una mayoría de dos tercios.

El oficialismo no está en condiciones ni siquiera de garantizar los 129 diputados necesarios para tener quórum y habilitar la sesión, por lo que una mayoría de dos tercios asoma como una quimera.

Lo concreto es que con ley o DNU, las restricciones continuarán, aunque el Gobierno aclara que “de ninguna manera” se volverá a fase 1 o a un confinamiento estricto por varios días.

Desde Casa Rosada destacan el impacto de las últimas medidas en la cantidad de casos, pero aclaran que los contagios aún se mantienen en una “meseta muy alta”.

En esa línea, afirman que “van a seguir las restricciones en la circulación” y anticipan que “continuar con un cierre estricto los fines de semana puede ayudar a bajar los casos sin tener un impacto extremo en la economía”.
