Un médico de Salta fue imputado por abusar sexualmente de una paciente menor de edad en un consultorio, en donde el hombre le ofreció practicarle un aborto a cambio de dinero o en su defecto, de mantener relaciones sexuales con él tres veces por semana.
La fiscala penal de Violencia Familiar y de Género de Tartagal, María Lorena Martínez, acusó a Marcelo Gustavo Cornejo, de 64 años, por el delito de abuso sexual siempre, en perjuicio de una menor, según dio a conocer el Ministerio Público Fiscal de esa provincia.
Entre mediados de junio y los primeros días de julio de 2020, cuando las restricciones por la pandemia de coronavirus eran muchas, el médico atendió y revisó en su consultorio privado a la adolescente de 15 años. En ese momento, le ofreció practicarle un aborto clandestino a cambio de 20 mil pesos o en caso de no disponer del dinero, dijo que aceptará en cambio mantener relaciones sexuales tres veces por semana.
En este contexto, la víctima denunció que el hombre la sometió a tocamientos sin su consentimiento y luego de la denuncia y la declaración testimonial de la menor, la fiscala Martínez, llevó a cabo la audiencia de imputación contra el acusado.
Además, tras el allanamiento se permitió el secuestro de documentación y un dispositivo de almacenamiento que se encuentran bajo análisis.
