Comenzó el paro de docentes universitarios

La medida de fuerza tiene impacto en la UNLPam porque adhiere el gremio local, ADU. Reclaman contra las “dilaciones” del gobierno nacional en la Mesa de Negociación Salarial.

El paro de la docencia universitaria que arrancará este martes en todo el país tendrá repercusión importante en la Universidad Nacional de La Pampa porque la organización gremial local, la Asociación de Docentes Universitarios (ADU) decidió su adhesión a la medida de fuerza, que continuará el jueves 7 de abril.

Tal como lo resolviera el plenario de Secretarías Generales de Conadu Histórica del pasado 26 de marzo, este martes 6 y miércoles 7 se lleva a cabo el paro nacional universitario.

La medida de fuerza obedece a “las dilaciones del gobierno nacional” en la convocatoria a la Mesa de Negociación Salarial del sector, cuya paritaria se encuentra vencida desde fines de febrero y con una pérdida en los haberes superior al 20% con relación a la inflación, señaló ADU.

La docencia universitaria y preuniversitaria exige una recomposición salarial que supere las previsiones inflacionarias del presente año, y hasta el momento no ha tenido respuesta ni convocatoria a reunión. Demanda, además, el reconocimiento de gastos en la enseñanza virtual y cumplimiento del Convenio Colectivo de Trabajo en lo referido a las condiciones y medio ambiente de trabajo en el marco de la pandemia.

La organización docente denuncia que durante todo 2020 trabajadores y trabajadoras sostuvieron la enseñanza y el vínculo con casi dos millones de estudiantes “sin apoyo estatal ni de las universidades, que se mantuvieron cerradas a causa de las medidas de ASPO dispuestas en el marco de la emergencia sanitaria”.

“Aún hoy continúan las actividades académicas, pero esto no es reconocido nacionalmente”, insistió ADU. Agregó: “Trabajamos desde nuestros hogares, mayor cantidad de horas muchas veces, corriendo con los gastos de internet y de los medios tecnológicos, con lo cual se trasladan los costos de la enseñanza a cada docente”, manifestaron.

El Plenario de CONADU HISTÓRICA denunció también la negativa de algunos Rectores a constituir las Paritarias Particulares para la discusión del retorno progresivo y cuidado a actividades presenciales, en relación a las condiciones y protocolos sanitarios tal cual lo establece el Convenio Colectivo de Trabajo.

Por lo expuesto, y ante las dilaciones y falta de respuestas, la Federación resolvió la continuidad del Plan de Lucha y convocar a un Paro Nacional Docente en las Universidades Nacionales para los días 6 y 7 de abril. La medida se cumplirá con suspensión total de actividades académicas y de investigación tanto presenciales como virtuales, y volverán a reunirse el 8 para evaluar el estado de situación de la negociación.
