El Gobierno oficializó la decisión de otorgar un subsidio extraordinario de $ 1.500 que se abonará en abril y en mayo próximos a jubilados, pensionados, beneficiarios de la Pensión Universal para el Adulto Mayor (PUAM), y de pensiones no contributivas por vejez, invalidez, madres de siete hijos o más y demás pensiones no contributivas y graciables cuyo pago se encuentra a cargo de la Administración Nacional de la Seguridad Social (Anses).
Así lo hizo a través del Decreto 218/2021 publicado este viernes en el Boletín Oficial que también dispuso que, para aquellos titulares que, por la suma de los haberes de todas sus prestaciones vigentes, perciban un monto equivalente de hasta $ 30.857,16, el subsidio extraordinario será $ 1.500 y para los que perciban un importe superior será igual a la cantidad necesaria hasta alcanzar los $32.357,16.
Además indicó que, para percibir el subsidio extraordinario, los beneficios deben encontrarse vigentes en el mismo mes en que se realice su liquidación.
También determinó que, en el caso de beneficios de pensión, cualquiera sea la cantidad de copartícipes, estos deberán ser considerados como un único titular a los fines del derecho al subsidio extraordinario que se otorga.
Del mismo modo, dispuso que los subsidios extraordinarios otorgados no alcanzan a los Regímenes de Retiros y Pensiones de las Fuerzas Policiales o del Servicio Penitenciario de las Provincias cuyos sistemas de previsión fueron transferidos al Estado Nacional, cuando fuere su único beneficio.
El decreto establece, además, que los subsidios extraordinarios no serán susceptibles de descuento alguno ni computables para ningún otro concepto.
