Covid-19: 2 fallecidos, 75 nuevos casos y permanecen internadas 41 personas

El Gobierno de la provincia de La Pampa a través del Ministerio de Salud comunica que en horas de la tarde del día 27 de febrero, se finalizó con el procesamiento de 526 muestras analizadas en los laboratorios de la Dirección de Epidemiología y del  Hospital Gobernador Centeno y Lucio Molas, como así también en los diferentes Centros de Salud que analizan test de antígenos, de las cuales 75 resultaron positivas para COVID-19. De ellos  20 residen en Santa Rosa, 18 en General Pico, 13 en Macachín,  8 General Acha, 4 en Toay, 3 en Realicó, 2 en Uriburu, 1 en Alvear, 1 en Miguel Riglos, 1 en Trenel, 1 en Parera, 1 en Telén, 1 en Luiggi, 1 en Miguel Cané.
De los 75 casos confirmados en la tarde de hoy 13 se encontraban aislados por ser considerados contactos estrechos. Debido a la rapidez del diagnóstico por antígenos (en media hora se otorga el resultado), aún se continúa desarrollando la investigación epidemiológica de 62 casos.
De 526 muestras analizadas en toda la provincia, 190 fueron por test rápidos y 336 por PCR.

Aclaración sobre la carga de casos confirmados en el Reporte Nacional
Es importante aclarar que existe una diferencia de casos confirmados entre el Reporte Provincial y el Nacional ya que se asisten y notifican pacientes que viven en otras provincias  que tienen domicilio legal (el que figura en el DNI) en la provincia de La Pampa.
Búsqueda Activa y test rápidos
La estrategia de búsqueda activa con diagnóstico por antígenos lleva entrevistados  44.968 ciudadanos.

Test rápidos
Santa Rosa: 54 test rápidos, 13 positivos.
General Pico: 48 test rápidos, 12 positivos.
Hospital de General Acha: 37 test rápidos,  7 positivos.
Hospital de Toay:  9 test rápidos, 3 positivos.
Hospital de Realicó: 7  test rápidos, 3 positivos.
Hospital de Castex: 5 test rápidos, negativos.
Hospital de Alvear :  4 test rápidos,  1 positivo.
Hospital de Macachín : 21 test rápido, 13 positivos.
Hospital de Trenel: 3 test rápidos, negativos.
Hospital de Parera : 2 test rápidos, 1 positivo. 
De un total de 190 muestras analizadas por test de antígenos en el día, 53 resultaron positivas. Esas personas fueron automáticamente aisladas, al igual que sus contactos estrechos que están en seguimiento. Los diagnósticos negativos serán analizados por la técnica de PCR. 

Situación Provincial
Desde el inicio de la pandemia, en nuestra provincia, se registraron un total de 18.445 casos positivos para COVID-19, de los cuales 816 permanecen activos, 286  han fallecido y 17.343 se han recuperado, 72 en el día de hoy.
 Los casos confirmados activos están distribuidos de la siguiente manera en: 189 en  Santa Rosa, 179 en General Pico, 89 en General  Acha, 45 en Eduardo Castex, 35 en Uriburu, 42 en Macachín, 35 en  Toay, 25 en 25 de Mayo, 25 en  Victorica, 20 en Catriló, 13 en Guatraché,  14 en Intendente Alvear, 13 en Doblas, 11 en Ingeniero Luiggi, 13 en Realicó, 7 en La Adela, 7 en Lonquimay,  6 en Colonia Barón, 5 en Alpachiri, 4 en Bernasconi, 2 en Parera,  3 en Rancul, 3 en Anguil, 4 en Miguel Riglos, 3 en La Maruja, 1 en Quemú Quemú, 2 en Agustoni,  2 en Ingeniero Foster, 2 en Algarrobo del Águila,  2 en Metileo, 2  en Winifreda, 1 en Ataliva Roca, 1 en Santa Isabel, 1 en General San Martín,  1 en Jacinto Arauz, 2 en Trenel, 1 en Mauricio Mayer, 2 en Miguel Cané, 1 en Santa Teresa, 1 en Dorila, 1 en Villa Mirasol y 1 en Telén.
Al día de la fecha se encuentran aisladas un total de 3.617 personas en toda la provincia.

Personas internadas
Se encuentran internadas  41 personas confirmadas para COVID-19. En General Pico 14 personas internadas, de ellos 10 en modulares y 4 en terapia intensiva. En (CEAR-Modulares) de Santa Rosa se encuentran internadas 10 personas, de ellas 5 en UTI CEAR,  2 en clínica médica y 3 en modulares. En Terapia 2 del H. Molas  se encuentran 2 pacientes internados. En el Hospital Evita de Santa Rosa 1 persona internada  en clínica médica. Y en el interior de la provincia se encuentran internados en clínica médica:
Hospital de Acha: 4 internados.
Hospital de Colonia Barón: 1 internado.
Hospital de Lonquimay: 1 internado.
Hospital de Alpachiri: 2 internados.
Hospital de Macachín: 2 internados.
Hospital de Doblas: 1 internado.
Hospital de Toay: 2 internados.
Hospital de Victorica: 1 internado.
Es importante aclarar que los pacientes internados en Terapia Intensiva que se han negativizado para COVID-19, son trasladados a los servicios de UTI  del subsector privado. Esta estrategia permite al subsector público tener una mayor disponibilidad de unidades de terapia libres para la atención de los casos activos de COVID-19 que lo requieran.

Fallecidos
Hasta el momento del cierre del parte diario se han informado 2 fallecimientos.
-Persona residente en la localidad de Macachín, sexo femenino, 94 años.
-Persona residente en la localidad de Macachín, sexo masculino, 65 años.
