Estará justificada la ausencia cuando el trabajador tenga que vacunarse contra el coronavirus

El Gobierno resolvió que los empleados que falten a sus trabajos por ir a vacunarse contra el Covid-19 tendrán la ausencia justificada con la sola presentación de la constancia. 

Para poder tener justificada su ausencia, los trabajadores deberán contar con el permiso de sus empleadores para ir a aplicarse la vacuna.

“Será justificada la inasistencia del trabajador o trabajadora durante la jornada laboral que coincida con el día de aplicación de la vacuna destinada a generar inmunidad adquirida contra la COVID-19, sin que ello produzca la pérdida o disminución de sueldos, salarios o premios por este concepto”

“La constancia de la aplicación de la vacuna, previa autorización del empleador, constituirá justificación suficiente, tanto para el vacunado como para los responsables de personas a su cargo”, dice el artículo segundo de la Resolución 92/2021 del Ministerio de Trabajo, publicada este viernes en el Boletín Oficial, que lleva la firma de su titular Claudio Moroni.

La medida dispuesta por el Gobierno nacional entró en vigencia a partir de la publicación de la Resolución en el Boletín Oficial.

Hasta el momento, arribaron 1.800.000 vacunas a la Argentina, y se aplicaron 780.455 dosis.
