El femicidio de Úrsula Bahillo despertó las alertas en las instituciones judiciales y gubernamentales, y en los últimos días el caso de Romina Regis en La Pampa, la docente que recibió amenazas de muerte por parte de su ex pareja- actualmente preso- tomó mayor dimensión, ya que Romina también denunció a su agresor decenas de veces, y en los próximos días andará por las calles suelto.
En este marco, la Secretaría de la Mujer fue notificada en el transcurso de esta mañana por el Poder Judicial II° Circunscripción, sobre las medidas dispuestas por el juez, Mauricio Pascual con respecto a la situación de Romina Regis, luego de que el organismo provincial enviara una nota al respecto. En tanto que la justicia decidió que el condenado tendrá una restricción de acercamiento de 200 metros, se prohibirá cualquier tipo de comunicación con Romina por 90 días, tendrá prohibido comprar armas y se impondrá la custodia policial las 24 horas de la víctima, además, se le entregará el botón antipánico.
La Secretaría de la Mujer, a cargo de Liliana Robledo, fue informada de las medidas dispuestas por el juez Mauricio Pascual en la situación de Romina Regis, fundamentada la decisión por la nota dirigida por Robledo, de los fundamentos de los fiscales Armando Agüero y Alberto Blanco. Desde el organismo provincial, se intervino en esta situación desde el primer momento y se envió una nota al juez para que dispusieran medidas en pos de proteger a la víctima.
Estas disposiciones tienen como objetivo cuidar la integridad de Romina Regis, y forman parte de otras decisiones que contribuyen a crear una red de contención y protección que también integran las instituciones de Educación, Seguridad y Salud de la localidad como así también el municipio. La secretaria de la Mujer, estuvo durante toda la mañana de hoy en Caleufú trabajando con los organismos de la localidad, con la víctima y con la fiscala Ivana Hernández.
Robledo manifestó que “se trata de una buena noticia, sabemos que con estas medidas Romina se sentirá más segura. Destaco, también el trabajo mancomunado de la Secretaría con la Fiscalía de General Pico y con las instituciones de la localidad. Ellos se hicieron eco de nuestra presentación y tomaron medidas con perspectiva de género. Es gratificante sentirnos escuchadas y lograr resultados positivos a favor de las víctimas”, destacó.
