Presentación de la cuenta corriente de Fondos de Terceros para constitución de personas jurídicas

La Dirección General de Personas Jurídicas y Registro público de Comercio informó sobre la creación de la dependencia, que redundará en un beneficio para los administrados que deseen constituir una persona jurídica cualquiera sea la tipología legal elegida, posibilitando conocer el número de la cuenta y su CBU a los efectos de realizar los depósitos que acreditan la integración del capital mínimo, por cualquier medio electrónico habilitado por el Banco de La Pampa SEM.  

Con esta herramienta se espera agilizar los trámites de constitución de las personas jurídicas, en la Provincia, no siendo necesario que los particulares tengan que concurrir a realizar los depósitos en forma presencial a la ventanilla del Banco de La Pampa SEM, en cualquiera de sus sucursales, máxime aún en la situación epidemiológica actual por el COVID 19, pudiéndolo hacer mediante transferencia inmediata a la Cuenta Corriente N° 464740/9 CBU N° 09303001 10100046474096 CUIT N° 30-67168350-8.


Los particulares deberán acreditar la transferencia (adjuntando el comprobante de la misma en el expediente correspondiente a la inscripción que soliciten) y autorizar a un representante a recibir, una vez otorgada la personería por resolución fundada, la devolución del dinero en una cuenta que deberán informar con datos precisos de su Número, CBU y CUIT de la persona titular de la misma, informaron de la Dirección dependiente del Ministerio de Gobierno, Justicia y DD HH.
