El gobierno envió sus pliegos a diputados para EMPATEL

El gobernador Sergio Ziliotto envió a la Cámara de Diputados los pliegos que representarán al Poder Ejecutivo, proponiendo al abogado, Andrés Zulueta y a la contadora, Analía Torres como directores de la Empresa Pampeana de Telecomunicaciones EMPATEL.

Asimismo propuso para ocupar el cargo de Síndica a la abogada, Ivana Álvarez Burgos.  Andrés Zulueta integra actualmente el Ministerio de Modernización y Conectividad mientras que Analía Torres se desempeña como concejal de Santa Rosa e Ivana Álvarez Burgos desarrolla su actividad como profesional independiente. Como suplentes fueron propuestos Dante Moreno, Ariana Gomez, -directores- y Lucas Gaggioli -síndico-.


Este nuevo paso en la conformación de EMPATEL resulta trascendente a los efectos de concluir la constitución formal y avanzar en el menor tiempo posible en acciones operativas que redundarán en beneficio de todos los pampeanos.


EMPATEL tendrá un directorio conformado por cinco miembros. Tres los designa el Poder Ejecutivo, uno de ellos a instancias del bloque que representa la primera minoría parlamentaria de la Cámara de Diputados. Uno será a propuesta del movimiento cooperativo y PyMEs y el restante representará a Aguas del Colorado. 


En este caso, el Poder Ejecutivo propondrá a Damián Alejandro Gaya, egresado de la EPET Nº 1, quien cuenta con más de 10 años de experiencia como trabajador en el sector de las telecomunicaciones.
La sindicatura está compuesta por tres miembros: uno lo designa el Poder Ejecutivo, otro el bloque de la primera minoría parlamentaria y el restante será nominado a propuesta de las cooperativas, Aguas del Colorado y las PyMEs del sector.


A través de Aguas del Colorado, EMPATEL tiene licencia para operar desde el pasado 20 de febrero, cuando autoridades del ENACOM le entregaron al gobernador, Sergio Ziliotto la resolución N° 57 del organismo que confería la condición de licenciataria con Registro de Servicio de Comunicaciones Móviles, incluyendo Servicio de Telefonía Móvil, Radiocomunicación Móvil Celular, de Comunicaciones Personales y de Comunicaciones Móviles Avanzadas.


El funcionamiento de la Empresa Pampeana de Telecomunicaciones no demandará una estructura burocrática adicional, sino que su organización administrativa estará acotada a lo que hoy es la división telecomunicaciones de Aguas del Colorado.


El Gobierno de La Pampa avanza en la definición de un plan de inversión y un plan de negocios que definan las especificaciones técnicas para determinar las frecuencias del espectro radioeléctrico que permitan la prestación de los servicios autorizados, como por ejemplo la telefonía celular.


La Pampa cuenta con la ventaja de poseer con una red de fibra óptica de 1800 kilómetros que serán fundamentales al momento de impulsar acciones proactivas desde el Estado, con objetivo de achicar la brecha digital, avanzando en la eliminación de las desigualdades en el acceso a las tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones, incluida la telefonía móvil.
