Y el Sanatorio Otamendi, de hecho, informó recientemente que trece de sus pacientes, internados en principio por dengue, se encuentran ahora transitando ambas enfermedades.
Los especialistas explican que lo que llamó la atención de este diagnóstico, bautizado temporalmente como “coronadengue”, fue la persistencia de la fiebre, que normalmente dura de 4 a 7 días de comenzada la infección, motivo por el cual decidieron hisoparlos.
Aunque se desconoce de qué manera contrajeron covid-19 los enfermos de dengue, bien si alguno de ellos había llegado con coronavirus y tardó en manifestarse o si se trata de un contagio interno, los médicos indicaron que ninguno de ellos son de riesgo y todos fueron dados de alta.
