El Gabinete Económico del gobierno de Alberto Fernández resolvió este miércoles dividir el subsidio para empresas ATP de acuerdo a los sectores y las zonas territoriales para bajar el gasto que genera al Estado.
La tercera versión del ATP será distinta a las dos anteriores: diferenciará entre sectores críticos de la economía, como hotelería y turismo, y entre zonas que están en fase de distanciamiento o aislamiento social, es decir, DISPO o ASPO.
En una reunión que comenzó a las 10:30, encabezada por Santiago Cafiero, los funcionarios de las áreas económicas del Gobierno resolvieron que en las zonas que ya se realizaron aperturas económicas haya un recorte del ATP.
En concreto, en estas zonas, que contemplan el 85% del territorio, el ATP seguirá cubriendo el 50% del salario pero sólo hasta un salario mínimo, es decir, la mitad que lo que dictaban la primera y segunda versión del subsidio.
Además, se resolvió que sólo estarán alcanzadas por el ATP las empresas que tengan menos de 800 trabajadores, por lo que las grandes empresas no podrán acceder más al subsidio.
En el caso de las zonas más afectadas por la pandemia, como el AMBA, Resistencia (Chaco) y distintas localidades de Córdoba y Río Negro, el ATP continuará igual: cubrirá el 50% del salario hasta dos salarios mínimos.
Lo mismo sucederá en el caso de los sectores que no están funcionando o tienen muy reducida su facturación por la pandemia, como es el caso de la Hotelería y el Turismo, independientemente de la zona territorial en el que se encuentren.
En efecto, el Gobierno plantea una doble división, una territorial y otra epidemiológica, para focalizar la llegada del subsidio en los sectores que más lo demandan, planteando una reducción del gasto en un contexto de necesidad de reducir las erogaciones estatales.
Por último, también se decidió prorrogar los préstamos a tasa cero para monotributistas, cuya suma asciende hasta los $150 mil, para permitir que quienes aún no ingresaron al mismo puedan pedir una ayuda del Estado en los próximos meses.
Aunque no fue prioridad en la reunión, también se habló del IFE, sobre lo que se resolvió, en planos generales, continuar asistiendo a la mayor cantidad de gente posible pero sin establecer la letra chica de lo que sería la tercera versión de esta asistencia.
