Las declaraciones de Alberto Fernández en La Pampa respecto a la decisión de no financiar más la represa hidroeléctrica Portezuelo del Viento generaron un sismo político en Mendoza y tensionaron las relaciones de esa provincia con Nación. “No quiero financiar una obra que está cuestionada por 4 de las 5 provincias”, dijo ayer el presidente.
Pero, ¿qué fue lo que sucedió en el gobierno del Frente de Todos para que dé marcha atrás con esta multimillonaria obra que hasta el momento había transcurrido sin sobresaltos, con el cumplimiento de las cuotas en tiempo y forma?
Más allá de las intervenciones judiciales de larga data del gobierno de La Pampa, o de las manifestaciones políticas –como la última del exgobernador Carlos Verna quien dijo “Nos cagó un compañero” tras haberse enterado del último desembolso de Nación para la obra- el gobierno de Mendoza, según pudo averiguar el portal LPO, ve la mano política de Cristina Fernández por una disputa en el Senado referido a los votos necesarios para aprobar el pliego de Daniel Rafecas como Procurador General de la Nación.
Las fuentes del portal dicen: “El jueves se demostró que el kirchnerismo no tiene los dos tercios para aprobar el pliego de Rafecas. Ahora van a tratar de presionar para conseguir los votos de los senadores radicales de Mendoza y de Jujuy”.
Además, los mendocinos amenazan con apelar a la Corte Suprema y se entusiasman con ganar, ya que el dinero de la obra de Portezuelo proviene de un fallo de la Corte producto de las promociones industriales hacia otros distritos, donde también se benefició La Pampa y Misiones. Pero, a diferencia de estas provincias, Mendoza aceptó cobrar con la construcción de la hidroeléctrica.
Nuevamente, las fuentes del portal LPO afirman: “La plata es de Mendoza, no la pueden frenar. Vamos a apelar a la Corte y les va a terminar saliendo más caro porque ya falló a nuestro favor”.
