Ley de alquileres: Cambiemos frenó la sanción

Los senadores de Juntos por el Cambio decidieron desconectarse esta tarde de la sesión virtual que se realizaba en la Cámara Alta, tras criticar el rumbo que adoptó el oficialismo en el Congreso y el manejo de la emergencia por parte del Gobierno.

“No vamos a consensuar ni vamos a acompañar la sesión del día de la fecha”, anticipó el jefe del interbloque de Juntos por el Cambio, Luis Naidenoff, durante un encendido discurso en el que acusó al oficialismo de haber “roto el acuerdo de discutir temas de la pandemia y efectos colaterales”.

La discusión entre ambos bloques se cirscuncribía a la decisión oficialista de discutir una serie de DNUs entre los que se encontraba uno firmado por Mauricio Macri en 2015, cuando sacó las escuchas del control de la Procuración y las envió a la Corte Suprema, donde se registraron severas filtraciones de opositores políticos.

Por ese motivo, decidió no apoyar el tratamiento de la Ley de Alquileres y Educación a Distancia, proyectos que necesitaban de los dos tercios de los presentes ya que debían aprobarlo sobre tablas.

En los últimos días Juntos por el Cambio advirtió que ese DNU ya había sido tratado por la Comisión Bicameral que dictamina sobre los decretos y que, además, no es un tema relacionado con la pandemia, pero el oficialismo avanzó con el argumento de que nunca había llegado al recinto. 

Luis Naidenoff, jefe del bloque opositor, remarcó que “en el ámbito parlamentraio la agenda común, compartida, tenía que ver con la pandemia y sus consecuencias sociales y económicas”
