La Provincia de La Pampa excluyó a casi 9000 contribuyentes del Sircreb

El Ministerio de Hacienda anunció en la mañana de este martes que reformulará el esquema de seguimiento de los contribuyentes que han regularizado su situación fiscal con la Provincia.

Horas después de que el Gobernador Sergio Ziliotto se reuniera con la Unión Industrial de La Pampa (UNILPa), a quienes expresó la posibilidad de realizar modificaciones al sistema, el Ministerio de Hacienda y Finanzas informó sobre un paquete de medidas respecto a la aplicación del Sistema de Recaudación y Control de Acreditaciones Bancarias (SIRCREB). La medida alcanza en un primer momento a cerca de 9000 contribuyentes. El Ministerio confirmó la decisión de excluir del padrón que mensualmente se envía a las entidades financieras a través del SIRCREB, a los contribuyentes alcanzados por el “Régimen de Recaudación e Información de Acreditaciones Bancarias” que al 28 de febrero próximo pasado, a quienes cumplieron con las siguientes condiciones:

a) No registraron deuda con la Dirección General de Rentas de la provincia de La Pampa

b) Durante los últimos doce meses anteriores sus ingresos hubieren resultado alcanzados por la alícuota de control (0,01%)

c) Desarrollaron sus actividades únicamente en la provincia de La Pampa, ya que los contribuyentes que tributan mediante el Convenio Multilateral mantienen su vinculación al padrón del SIRCREB conforme a las normativas dictadas por la Comisión Arbitral.

Desde Hacienda se informó que del mismo modo se implementará esta medida en los meses subsiguientes, por lo cual se repetirá el procedimiento para el resto de los contribuyentes que no fueran alcanzados por el beneficio, verificando el cumplimiento de las condiciones antes detalladas al último día hábil del mes anterior al del período en el cual se efectúa el análisis. Como contrapartida, los contribuyentes que resulten beneficiados con esta medida deberán presentar en forma anual y en conjunto con la Declaración Jurada Anual del Impuesto a los Ingresos Brutos, un resumen de sus acreditaciones bancarias.
