En el marco del proyecto de Ley de Solidaridad y Reactivación Productiva que llevará las retenciones al 33%, y que poné a los sectores agroexportadores con la guardia alta, surge este cuento de Facundo Martín Desimone que se desarrolla en un presente distópico

Mi hermana y mi cuñado están en Australia. Entre Australia y Argentina hay 14 horas de diferencia. Mi hermana y mi cuñado están rodeados de canguros, koalas y animales rarísimos. Hoy es martes en Buenos Aires. En Sydney ya es miércoles. Australia, para nosotros, es el futuro. Para ellos, somos el pasado. Hace unos meses, antes de que estallara el caos que desembocó en la mierda de condiciones que hoy nos toca vivir, mi hermana y mi cuñado nos mandaron un mensaje desde el futuro.

“Tienen que ir a la marcha que está convocando la Sociedad Rural Argentina para el miércoles contra las retenciones impositivas que les exige el Estado. DIFUNDAN ESTO POR TODO EL PAÍS”, decía el mensaje. Cómo nos reímos esa tarde. Lo difundimos, por supuesto, pero entre nosotros.  Explotaron los grupos familiares, las redes, los llamados. “Qué genia que es Maga, la reina de las conceptualizaciones”, “Esta es la influencia del humor ácido y mordaz de Mariano”, etc. Nos hicieron el día.

Por supuesto que lo tomamos para la joda; si hay algo que no falta y que jamás faltó en mi familia es consciencia de clase. Sabemos que no somos ricos. Somos trabajadores, desde siempre, desde el primer eslabón de nuestro árbol genealógico, tradición que aún se sostiene en el tiempo. Los ricos están en la vereda del frente. Los ricos quieren lo peor para nosotros y la clase social a la cual pertenecemos. Los ricos son el enemigo. Por eso, ante los reclamos de las cacerolas llenas, nuestro grito fue siempre unánimo, fuerte, profundo, rotundo: que se mueran los terratenientes dueños del país; que paguen lo que tienen que pagar ¿Cómo no pensar el mensaje que mi hermana y mi cuñado nos enviaban del futuro como una deliciosa y sublime ironía, nacida de sus altos intelectos y creatividades? Pero los terratenientes dueños del país nunca mueren. Los terratenientes dueños del país jamás pagan lo que tienen que pagar. Somos un pueblo estúpido y desmemoriado, que lleva incrustada en sus genes la esencia de la autodestrucción. Nos quejamos de la derecha, de la llamada “clase media”, de la falta de consciencia de clase, de los ciudadanos que votan contra su propia experiencia. Pero la realidad es que nosotros tampoco aprendemos. Nunca aprendimos nada de nuestra historia.

El campo no logró el consenso que necesitaba para plantársele como oposición real al Gobierno. Un Gobierno que había sido votado por el 48,24% de la población. El Gobierno avanzó con la cuestión de las retenciones impositivas. El campo hizo lo que suele hacer siempre en estos casos: orquestar y ejecutar un nuevo Golpe de Estado, para recuperar el control del país. Lo particular, esta vez, fue que la cúpula del ejército nacional estaba (extrañamente) alineada con el Gobierno oficialista, con la democracia, con el pueblo. Los soldados vinieron desde afuera (Estados Unidos, principalmente, y la ONU). Lograron convencerlos de que, con el grabado impositivo, no estarían en condiciones de producir materia prima. Que el resultado sería devastador para la economía global. Que “el granero del mundo” corría peligro de vaciarse. O tal vez, simplemente, los compraron (¿Cómo saberlo, ya, a esta altura?).

Los soldados extranjeros se adueñaron del país, poniendo como gobierno-títere a los representantes de la Sociedad Rural Argentina. Nos esclavizaron. Trabajamos infinitamente en jornadas que llevan al límite nuestra resistencia física y nuestra salud. Dormimos en sucuchos. Nos pagan con comida. Al que se resiste, lo matan a golpes (literalmente). A los que son demasiado viejos, demasiado débiles, demasiado enclenques para soportar el trabajo, se los mata a mano limpia (nuestras vidas ni siquiera valen una bala). Las fronteras están cerradas. Los medios de comunicación también. La única internet que queda es la que transmiten las emisoras piratas, que cada vez son menos.

La teoría compartida por los trabajadores esclavos es que, si el campo hubiese tenido el consenso necesario del pueblo, la bola de nieve que empezó con esa marcha casi desierta de un miércoles de diciembre contra las retenciones impositivas estatales que degeneró en el más gris de los presentes, jamás hubiese llegado a este estado de cosas.

A veces, alguien capta un mensaje enviado desde el exterior, y lo transmite, con muchísimo cuidado, en el más absoluto de los secretos. El otro día, mi hermana y mi cuñado volvieron a enviarnos un mensaje desde el futuro. “Intentamos advertirles. Intentamos salvarlos a todos. Nos vamos a tomar el primer avión que encontremos. Ojalá que, cuando lleguemos, todavía quede algo por salvar”, decía el mensaje.
