El Gobierno Provincial dispuso que entre los días 21 y 26 de septiembre, entre las 8 y las 24 horas, podrán realizase eventos al aire libre con hasta 500 personas, con motivo de la celebración del Día del Estudiante.
El decreto que habilita la celebración de este día insta a los jóvenes estudiantes a actuar con compromiso, solidaridad y responsabilidad social, acatando las formas, condiciones y modalidades aconsejadas y las recomendaciones de las Autoridades Sanitarias Nacional y Provincial, teniendo en cuenta que la pandemia provocada por el Coronavirus –COVID 19- involucra cuestiones sensibles de salud de toda la población.
Establece además que, previamente a las evaluaciones pertinentes, las y los Intendentes Municipales y Presidentes de las Comisiones de Fomento en conjunto con los Comités de Crisis Locales podrán, con fundamento en la situación epidemiológica actual, suspender o limitar en el ámbito de su respectiva jurisdicción la habilitación dispuesta.
Serán las autoridades municipales, en el marco de lo normado por el artículo 15 del Decreto de Necesidad y Urgencia Nº 494/21, en coordinación con las autoridades competentes provinciales, dispondrán los procedimientos de fiscalización necesarios para garantizar el cumplimiento de las medidas generales de prevención.
