“Seis años y un día es muchísimo tiempo sin la presencia del Estado”, dijo Ziliotto en la licitación de 120 viviendas para General Pico

Desde el  28 de abril de 2015 no se licitaban viviendas de operatorias nacionales para familias piquenses. “Seis años y un día es muchísimo tiempo sin la presencia del Estado”, dijo el gobernador Sergio Ziliotto y celebró que “hoy podemos retomar el camino de construir viviendas en General Pico, que había sido interrumpido”.

 El mandatario pampeano encabezó la apertura de sobres de la Licitación Pública de 120 viviendas en General Pico, en el marco de la construcción de 400 unidades de diferentes operatorias tanto provinciales como nacionales. En la ocasión lo acompañaron el ministro de Obras y Servicios Públicos, Juan Ramón Garay; la intendenta de General Pico, Fernanda Alonso; y el presidente del Instituto Autárquico de la Vivienda, Jorge Lezcano.


“Hoy podemos retomar el camino de construir viviendas en General Pico, que había sido interrumpido. Lamentablemente la larga noche de la falta de viviendas en la que nos sumió el Gobierno nacional anterior marca una triste realidad: las últimas licitaciones de viviendas en General Pico se realizaron el 28 de abril de 2015. Seis años y un día: es muchísimo tiempo sin la presencia del Estado”.


El gobernador aseguró que se han disparado los listados de los postulantes, “que necesitan por parte del Estado una política activa, con justicia social, por eso quiero tomar el compromiso que vengo tomando en toda La Pampa, seguir construyendo”.


“Iniciamos -aseveró Ziliotto- un camino de construir viviendas junto al Gobierno nacional y los municipios, con distintas operatorias, cada una adaptada a la necesidad de cada lugar, y buscando que la vivienda no sólo sea una herramienta de dignidad para la familia que la recibe, sino también sea un factor de integración en la economía local y regional. Por eso tomamos el compromiso de que cuando se terminen de construir estos tres barrios, seguiremos construyendo junto al Gobierno nacional”.


“Seguramente llegarán a Pico las distintas operatorias que estamos desarrollando junto al IPAV, al Banco de La Pampa, a través del Fideicomiso de vivienda. Ponemos recursos, creatividad y decisión política, porque construir viviendas es una de las mayores políticas públicas que puede llevar adelante un gobierno y quizá sea una de las que más llena el alma”.

Alonso: “celebramos que se vuelvan a construir viviendas”
La intendenta de General Pico, Fernanda Alonso, se mostró contenta de recibirlos en la localidad, “que aquí se descentralice este acto administrativo es el puntapié inicial para dar efectivo cumplimiento a la construcción de estas 120 viviendas que genera una gran expectativa en las familias que necesitan acceder a este derecho”.


Y aprovechó la oportunidad para agradecer “a nuestro Gobierno provincial que, en momentos más que difíciles, decide apostar presupuestariamente en la construcción y la vuelta a la política pública de construir viviendas que siempre tuvo La Pampa”.

400 viviendas en General Pico
Por un monto total de 468 millones de pesos, se construirán 120 viviendas a través del Plan “Mi Casa”, con fondos del Gobierno provincial. Otras 200 viviendas pertenecen al  Programa “Casa Propia – Construir futuro” y 80 viviendas forman parte del Programa “Procrear”, ambos pertenecientes al Ministerio de Desarrollo Territorial y Hábitat de la Nación.

Detalle de las obras licitadas
El Plan de Sistematización y Construcción de viviendas está proyectado por el IPAV en tres zonas:


Zona A: 35 viviendas con un presupuesto tope de: $ 137.061.996,62 (agosto 2020) y un plazo de ejecución de 390 días, ubicadas en calles 405 y 407 e/448 y 452. Licitación Pública N° 14/21.


Zona B: 41 viviendas con un presupuesto oficial tope: $ 159.755.764,69 (agosto 2020) y un plazo de ejecución de 390 días corridos, ubicadas en calle 9 (Av. de los Inmigrantes), calle 304 y calle 301. Licitación Pública N° 15/21.
Zona C: 44 viviendas con un presupuesto oficial tope: $ 171.675.822,71 (agosto 2020) y un plazo de ejecución de 390 días corridos, ubicadas en calles 34 y 36 e/31, 31 bis y 33. Licitación Pública N° 16/21.
