Se llevó adelante hoy en el Salón de Acuerdos de Casa de Gobierno, el acto de apertura de los sobres A y B del llamado a Licitación Pública N° 1/2021 “Asociación para la explotación de la concesión Medanito Sur – La Pampa. Proyecto de generación de energía eléctrica a partir de fuentes renovables”.
La empresa Limay Energía S.A, única oferente de la licitación, propuso la asociación del 50 por ciento, en partes iguales, con Pampetrol en la generación de energía eléctrica y la construcción de tres plantas de generación fotovoltaica al norte de la Provincia que estarían ubicadas en Caleufú, Intendente Alvear y Victorica con una inversión de casi 10 millones de dólares y con una potencia total a instalar entre 9,30 MW a 10,40 MW.
De esta forma se concreta otro paso fundamental para la reconversión de la matriz energética pampeana, un desafío asumido por el gobernador, Sergio Ziliotto, que apuesta a transformar a La Pampa en una provincia productora de energía eléctrica, que la concibe como un bien común para el desarrollo descentralizado y para mejorar la calidad de vida de las y los pampeanas.
El acto de apertura, fue presidido por el vicegobernador de la Provincia, Mariano Fernández, acompañado por el secretario de Energía y Minería, Matias Toso, y la presidenta de Pampetrol SAPEM, María de los Ángeles Roveda. También estuvieron presentes Luis Campo, director de Pampetrol, la subsecretaria de Hidrocarburos y Minería, Cecilia Baudino, el subsecretario de Energías Renovables, Claudio Gordillo, el Administrador Provincial de Energía, Cristian Andrés y el subsecretario de Ambiente, Fabián Titarelli.
“Generar energía significa una provincia mejor, más justa, una provincia más desarrollada con mejor calidad de vida y más independiente”, resaltó Matias Toso. En este marco, esta licitación resultó innovadora porque además de licitarse la concesión del área hidrocarburífera, los oferentes debían presentar un proyecto de generación de energía eléctrica para la construcción de una o más plantas de generación de energía a partir de fuentes renovables, que deberá ser entregada bajo la modalidad ‘llave en mano’ a Pampetrol SAPEM.
“Es un cambio de paradigma para la provincia, el puntapié inicial de lo que es el Plan Estratégico de Energía. Estamos apalancando con recursos obtenidos de la producción hidrocarburífera no renovable la transición energética hacia fuentes renovables. La oferta recibida nos resulta interesante porque proponen tres plantas de tecnología solar fotovoltaica. Esto nos permitirá alcanzar el objetivo de ser una provincia que genere su propia energía”, resaltó Roveda.
En ese mismo sentido, el Secretario de Energía y Minería remarcó que “la idea de aprovechar nuestros recursos y la potencialidad que tiene nuestra Provincia nos permitió pensar un plan estratégico que se ponga a disposición de las diferentes políticas públicas planteadas por el gobernador Sergio Ziliotto. De esta manera, la energía no sólo es una actividad productiva en sí misma, sino que también es la base para desarrollar diferentes actividades y llevar mejor calidad de vida a todos los pampeanos y pampeanas”.
“Esta Licitación es una demostración de trabajo interdisciplinario y en equipo entre diferentes áreas de Gobierno, a través de la unión de los esfuerzos de Pampetrol SAPEM -que tiene la responsabilidad de llevar adelante el proyecto- con la Administración Provincial de Energía, la Subsecretaría de Hidrocarburos y Minería y la Subsecretaría de Energías Renovables, cada una de ellas aportó su parte para hacer posible avanzar en la transición energética de la provincia de La Pampa”, concluyó Toso.
