De un tiempo a esta parte, son muchos los usuarios de WhatsApp que se fanatizaron con el intercambio de stickers. Los “nuevos emoticones” llegaron no sólo para meterle dinamismo a la conversación, sino que además permiten (hasta ahora vía aplicaciones externas) hacer chistes internos, con personas conocidas.
Es por eso que fueron muchos los que celebraron la decisión de la aplicación de mensajería de incorporar en las próximas semanas una actualización que permitirá convertir las fotos que los usuarios tengan en sus teléfonos celulares en stickers.
¿Cómo funcionará? Aparecerá un nuevo botón en la barra del chat que, al ser presionado, convertirá de forma automática el archivo en un sticker. Lo único que hay que hacer es elegir alguna de las imágenes que se almacenan en la galería interna de la aplicación.
Al hacerlo y apretar el botón “convertir a sticker” se creará de forma automática un sticker, aunque se mantendrá el formato original del archivo también. ¿Qué quiere decir esto? Que vas a tener la foto y el sticker a disposición.
Se espera que esta actualización llegue antes de fin de año en formato Beta, pero la empresa ya anticipó que estará disponible tanto para los dispositivos Android como para los iOS.
