El Concejo Deliberante de Santa Rosa adhirió hoy a la resolución del ministerio de Transporte de la Nación para que sea gratis viajar en colectivos urbanos durante las paso del 12 de septiembre y las generales del 14 de noviembre.
En la la quinta sesión especial del período 2021 del Concejo Deliberante de Santa Rosa aprobó de forma unánime el proyecto de ordenanza proveniente del Departamento Ejecutivo que pretende adherirse a la Resolución del Ministerio de Transporte de la Nación N° 312/2021.
Esa adhesión implica la implementación de servicios gratuitos de transporte público automotor urbano de pasajeros durante los días 12 de septiembre y 14 de noviembre de 2021, “con el fin de fomentar una mayor participación de los ciudadanos y ciudadanas en las elecciones Primarias Abiertas, Simultáneas y Obligatorias (PASO) para la elección de candidatos y candidatas a diputadas, diputados, senadoras y senadores nacionales, y para la elección general nacional”.
Paula Grotto (FreJuPa) argumentó el proyecto y explicó que “es una iniciativa muy importante, porque sabemos lo que nos costó a los argentinos y argentinas recuperar la Democracia. Entonces nos parece fundamental que desde el Estado garanticemos el acceso al voto popular y masivo”. También señaló que la medida de gratuidad posibilita que los sectores de menos recursos no vean impedido acceder al voto por no poder costear el transporte.
A su vez, la titular del Concejo Deliberante santarroseño expresó: “es importante resaltar que va a existir una compensación por parte del gobierno nacional para solventar los pasajes que se utilicen esos dos días”.
En el mismo sentido, Pablo Pera Ibarguren (FrePam) manifestó su acompañamiento y ratificó la importancia del acto eleccionario. También apeló al compromiso de todos los ciudadanos y ciudadanas respecto de la elección “en función de lo que le costó al pueblo Argentina recuperar la democracia y la posibilidad de sufragar libremente.”
