Es que la Justicia citó hoy al gremialista por haber realizado actividades sindicales tras su excarcelación, algo que tenía prohibido, cuando este lunes convocó a una multitud de agremiados a una asamblea en la capital provincial.
“Queremos arrancar diciendo que si mañana van a tomar medidas contra nuestro líder, acá estamos, pero de verdad. Nosotros estamos con vos, Pata, Puly [por su hijo Cristian], 100%”, comienza uno de los hombres, que lidera el mensaje, mientras que aquellos que lo acompañan arengan “vamos Pata” y muestran sus armas.
“Lo vamos a matar al juez, al fiscal, al hijo del juez y al que venga; a Iván Tobar y a la familia”, lanza el supuesto seguidor del “Pata”, como una primera amenaza que también incluye a Tobar, quien encabeza la Agrupación Blanca y Azul, parte de una interna en la Uocra con la facción que conducen los Medina.Supuestos seguidores del Pata Medina amenazan a jueces y fiscales
Hoy se definirá si el sindicalista podrá continuar o no con el beneficio de la excarcelación, que obtuvo en febrero. La citación a la audiencia oral, que será por Zoom, la realizó el juez Alejandro Esmoris del Tribunal Federal Oral 2.
“Acá está la banda del Puly y del Pata”, dicen los integrantes del video, quienes insultan a los magistrados y a Tobar, y los tildan de “manga de giles”. A su vez, envían un mensaje a las filas de la facción opuesta dentro del gremio de la construcción: “La Uocra es del Negro Medina, manga de ortivas, transas de mierda”.
La increpación de los hombres continúa hacia el final del material fílmico, momento en que lanzan una advertencia: “Quieren guerra, guerra van a tener”.
La multitud que se congregó el lunes en La Plata fue convocada a través de un posteo de Facebook por el mismo Medina, quien fue detenido en septiembre de 2017 por asociación ilícita, coacción agravada y extorsión reiterada, y liberado en febrero de este año.
