Quieren crear programa de “Noviazgo Responsable”: la catarata de proyectos de género que ingresan a la Legislatura pampeana

Es para los secundarios de todos los colegios. Además, se presentaron proyectos para que lleguen fondos de nación destinados a políticas de género, para “erradicar la violencia de género”, prevenir el “acoso sexual callejero”, entre otros.

Entró esta semana en la Cámara de Diputados un proyecto por el que le piden al gobierno provincial que implemente la creación de un programa de “Noviazgo Responsable” para los estudiantes de secundario de todos los colegios de La Pampa. Los diputados del Frejupa que presentaron la iniciativa- César Montes de Oca, Julio González, Rodolfo Calvo y Oscar Zanoli-, creen que dicho programa ayudará a detectar tempranamente la violencia en el noviazgo, a promover la equidad de género y el “acompañamiento” en la maduración afectiva del niño con el fin de “prepararlo” para que entable “relaciones interpersonales positivas”.

Además, cada comunidad educativa podrá adaptar las propuestas del programa a su “realidad socioeconómica”. Los diputados peronistas explican que La violencia en las relaciones de noviazgo se define como todo “ataque intencional de tipo sexual, físico o psicológico, de un miembro de la pareja contra el otro en una relación de noviazgo con el objeto de controlar o dominar a la persona”. El motivo de esta presentación, según afirman los diputados peronistas, se debe a que en los últimos años se ha dado un “salto en la visibilización de la violencia de género”.

Los legisladores también dicen que “no es posible reemplazar la presencialidad en las escuelas ni tampoco la conexión diaria entre estudiantes, docentes y todo el personal de sus instituciones”. Por eso, hay que “reconstruir y resignificar otra manera de habitar las instituciones”.

Se refieren al rol de las redes sociales en estas situaciones: “En los últimos tiempos, los conflictos escolares que devienen en violencias se originan frecuentemente en las redes sociales. Es necesario trabajar los cambios en la noción de intimidad que muchas veces habilitan situaciones de exposición y violencias, así como también de grooming”.

Últimos proyectos de género que presentaron diferentes bloques

Es de destacar que en las últimas semanas ingresaron a la Legislatura una serie de proyectos vinculados a Género y Diversidad, entre convenios con Nación y la creación de campañas de prevención de violencia. Entre ellos, se puede mencionar el convenio entre el Ministerio de las Mujeres y el gobierno provincial para que lleguen fondos destinados a programas de política de “género, igualdad y diversidad”.

También, un Convenio para que se pueda llevar adelante el acompañamiento a personas víctimas de violencia de género, en el marco del programa “Acompañar”, y otro que tiene como finalidad “aunar esfuerzos para la realización de un centro de políticas de género y diversidad, con sede en Santa Rosa.

Además, ingresó otra iniciativa para prevenir el acoso sexual callejero, otro proyecto más ambicioso que pretende “erradicar la violencia de género en todo el territorio pampeano”, un proyecto de resolución por el que le piden al Congreso de la Nación que haga extensiva la aplicación de un artículo de la Ley Micaela, entre otros.
