El gobierno de la provincia de La Pampa anunció nuevas restricciones en la ciudad de Santa Rosa y Anguil al declararse zona de “Alto riesgo epidemiológico sanitario” en el marco del DNU 235/21 que establece restricciones complementarias a las ya vigentes en La Pampa.
A partir de dicha vigencia, se detallan las Actividades Suspendidas y su modalidad:
a. Actividades y reuniones sociales en domicilios particulares, salvo para la asistencia de personas que requieran especiales cuidados.
b. Actividades y reuniones sociales en espacios públicos al aire libre de más de VEINTE (20) personas.
c. La práctica recreativa de cualquier deporte en lugares cerrados donde participen más de DIEZ (10) personas o que no permita mantener el distanciamiento mínimo de DOS (2) metros entre los y las participantes.
d. Las competencias oficiales nacionales, regionales y provinciales de deportes en lugares cerrados dónde participen más de 10 (DIEZ) personas o que no permitan mantener el distanciamiento mínimo de DOS (2) metros entre los y las participantes podrán desarrollarse siempre y cuando cuenten con protocolos aprobados por las autoridades sanitarias nacionales y/o provinciales, según corresponda.
e. Actividades de casinos, bingos, discotecas y salones de fiestas.
f. Locales gastronómicos (restaurantes, bares, etc.) entre las VEINTITRÉS (23) horas y las SEIS (6) horas del día siguiente. Esta franja horaria ya se encuentra vigente.
g. El coeficiente de ocupación de las superficies cerradas en los establecimientos dedicados a las actividades más abajo detalladas, se reduce a un máximo del TREINTA POR CIENTO (30 %) del aforo, en relación con la capacidad máxima habilitada, debiendo estar adecuadamente ventilados en forma constante y dando cumplimiento a las exigencias previstas en los correspondientes protocolos:
g1. Realización de todo tipo de eventos culturales, sociales, recreativos y religiosos.
g2. Cines, teatros, clubes, centros culturales y otros establecimientos afines.
g3. Locales gastronómicos (bares, restaurantes, etc.).
g4. Gimnasios.
“En estricta sujeción a la normativa vigente, el Gobierno provincial procederá a efectuar los controles pertinentes para el fiel cumplimiento de lo fijado por el citado DNU, vigente hasta el día 30 de abril inclusive”, informaron desde el gobierno provincial.
