Club San Martín: crean una comisión para “normalizar la vida institucional”

El Gobierno de La Pampa resolvió en las últimas horas la constitución de una comisión para normalizar la vida institucional del Club San Martín. Este martes fueron notificadas las partes sobre lo resuelto por la Dirección de Personas Jurídicas, dependiente del Ministerio de Gobierno, Justicia y DD HH, donde se reconoce a la comisión normalizadora, integrada por un grupo de vecinos.


Los integrantes de la comisión tendrán noventa días para normalizar a la institución. Como primera acción deberán definir entre ellos la distribución de los cargos de las personas que ocuparán la presidencia, secretaría, tesorería y dos vocalías.


También se intimó a la comisión saliente a entregar los libros obligatorios de la institución en un plazo de cinco días hábiles, a partir de la notificación. Estos libros son el de Actas, Inventario y Balances, de Socios y de Caja.


La resolución cuenta con un anexo en el que se detallan procedimientos y plazos que la comisión normalizadora deberá cumplimentar dentro de los noventa días asignados.


Este documento indica que se deberá iniciar un procedimiento de Reempadronamiento de Asociados, Inventario de Bienes y Deudas, para luego convocar a una Asamblea General Ordinaria, que deberá aprobar lo actuado por la comisión normalizadora y la elección de nuevas autoridades.


El director de Personas Jurídicas, Guillermo Rubano, confirmó la resolución. “Desde el Gobierno provincial fomentamos el asociativismo como un camino para llegar más y mejor a la población pampeana. Los clubes son una de estas formas y deben cumplir acabadamente con el fin social para el que fueron constituidos”, manifestó.


“El Club General San Martín, de Santa Rosa, cuenta con una historia importante, no solo de logros deportivos, sino también por estar ubicado en una de las barriadas más tradicionales de la ciudad. Luego de un arduo trabajo de análisis de los antecedentes registrales de la institución, en base a las presentaciones efectuadas por los vecinos y las constataciones y verificaciones por los distintos organismos públicos intervinientes, determinamos la necesidad de que se normalice la vida institucional del club. Se detectó que no se estaban cumplimentando los objetivos sociales, culturales y deportivos que deberían lograrse”.


En este sentido agregó que “por eso es que resolvimos que se constituya esta comisión, aspirando a que en el plazo dispuesto se logre un resultado que beneficie a todos, recuperando una institución histórica de la ciudad”, concluyó.
