La Federación Pampeana de Cooperativas aceptó integrar Pampetrol

La decisión se tomó en forma unánime en una asamblea de la Federación Pampeana de Cooperativas. Elegirán un director titular y otro suplente.

El martes 2 de marzo, con la presencia de 29 de las 32 cooperativas eléctricas de la provincia, la Federación Pampeana de Cooperativas eléctricas (FePamCo) aprobó por unanimidad la asociación a la empresa provincial Pampetrol.

La asamblea extraordinaria se realizó a la mañana vía Zoom. La resolución 358/20 del INAES habilitó esta modalidad de asambleas, que incluye en caso de votación que sea por escrito mediante el chat del sistema. La asamblea contó con veedores presenciales de la Subsecretaría de Cooperativas y del INAES.

Luego de este paso formal el sector deberá designar dos representantes para integrar el Directorio de Pampetrol.

Como se recordará, a fines del año 2020, el oficialismo logró sancionar la Ley de Desarrollo Energético y también modificar el estatuto para que Pampetrol deje de ser solo una empresa petrolera para ser una empresa de energía.
