La Agencia Nacional de Seguridad Vial (ANSV) dispuso que para obtener la licencia de conducir en el país se deberá completar un curso sobre género, que tendrá temáticas como el patriarcado, femicidios y el acceso y la participación de mujeres en el sector de transporte.
“En la convicción que el recurso cultural se muestra como un aspecto de vital influencia en lo que respecta a la incorporación de normas de género relativamente cristalizadas, se entiende necesario incorporar en el curso obligatorio para el otorgamiento de la Licencia Nacional de Conducir un módulo que contemple la temática en cuestión y promueva valores de igualdad y la deslegitimación de la violencia contra las mujeres en la conducción de vehículos, la vía publica, la seguridad vehicular, y todo lo relativo a la materia”, detallauna resolución publicada este miércoles en el Boletín Oficial.
Según la nueva normativa, los contenidos que serán obligatorios para obtener la licencia de conducir son “género, roles y estereotipos, identidad de género, violencia de género, tipos y modalidades de violencia”.
“Masculinidades: patriarcado y heteronormatividad. Mitos sobre violencia. Femicidios, travesticidios, transfemicidios y crímenes de odio. Recursos, herramientas y formas de abordaje contra la violencia en la conducción de vehículos automotores y en el transporte. Acceso y participación de mujeres y diversidades en el sector transporte”, son otros de los tópicos que deberán completar los conductores.
Desde la ANSV adelantaron a Télam que los contenidos todavía no fueron incluidos en el curso de manejo pero que en las próximas semanas ya se elaborará el material al cual accederán las personas que quieran sacar su registro de conducir.
