El Gobierno de La Pampa, a través del Ministerio de Gobierno, Justicia y Derechos Humanos, detalló la metodología existente para concretar las tramitaciones de permisos de ingreso a la Provincia como así también el marco para cumplir cuarentena en caso de que así se requiera. (*) PERMISO DE INGRESO POR RAZONES NO LABORALES https://ingresonolaboral.lapampa.gob.ar
Aclaración: para salir de La Pampa no se requiere ningún permiso ni trámite.
(*) Los permisos que se tramitan en este sitio son para poder ingresar a la provincia de La Pampa por cualquiera de los siguientes motivos:
• Por razones médicas o de salud.
• Estudiantes universitarios/terciarios.
• Motivos sociales.
Nota: por cualquier otra razón, ingresar a: https://permisos.lapampa.gob.ar y buscar el permiso correspondiente.
Se deberá tener en cuenta
1) Si se va a tramitar un permiso por razones médicas o por ser estudiante, se deberá acompañar constancia de turno médico (o derivación) o certificado de alumno regular, según corresponda.
2) Tener en cuenta que la fecha de ingreso que se puede elegir es hasta 10 días desde el día que se solicita. Es decir, si el permiso se tramita el 1° de diciembre, se podrá elegir la fecha de ingreso hasta el día 10 de ese mes.
3) Se deberá realizar cuarentena de 14 días corridos en todos los casos, a excepción de las personas que provengan de localidades exceptuadas https://ingresonolaboral.lapampa.gob.ar/ingresonolaboral/servlet/consultalugaressc)
4) En el caso de las localidades exceptuadas de cuarentena, el permiso será otorgado de forma inmediata al correo electrónico que indique el solicitante.
5) Por el contrario, si la solicitud proviene de una localidad que no está exceptuada, en el plazo de 96 horas hábiles llegará al solicitante un correo electrónico, donde se le notificará la respuesta al pedido.
6) Los permisos son inmodificables. Por eso, previo a confirmar la solicitud se debe revisar bien todos los datos incorporados.
7) Cada permiso se confecciona con los datos suministrados por el solicitante, los cuales tienen carácter de Declaración Jurada, por lo que su falsedad puede tener consecuencias legales.
Cuarentena: si por el lugar de procedencia se debe realizar cuarentena, tener en cuenta los siguientes ítems:
A) Los menores de 10 años y los mayores de 60, podrán realizar su cuarentena en domicilios particulares. Lo mismo, para personas que manifiesten y prueben una patología que contraindique realizar cuarentena en un hotel. Para ello, cumplir el paso del apartado D).
B) Si el solicitante es estudiante, el Gobierno de La Pampa se hará cargo de los costos mencionados en el punto anterior.
C) En todos los casos se puede solicitar cumplir la cuarentena en un domicilio particular. Para ello, en la solapa de observaciones, se debe indicar y expresar el domicilio de alojamiento. Dicho domicilio será verificado.
D) Si la cuarentena se cumple en un hotel, el costo del mismo y la alimentación será a costo del/los ingresante/s.
Los Ingresos y Egresos a la Provincia de La Pampa, UNICAMENTE podrán realizarse por los Puestos Camineros. Se encuentran PROHIBIDOS los INGRESOS y EGRESOS por otro paso limítrofe provincial
