Por pedido del municipio, no habilitaron los encuentros familiares en La Adela. La decisión se plasmó en el decreto 928/2020 y se funda en un pedido expreso del intendente y el Comité de Crisis de La Adela, avalado por las autoridades de Salud Pública provinciales. La medida obedece a las diferencias en el estatus epidemiológico que presentan las provincias de La Pampa y Río Negro, y en la decisión de preservar la salud de los pampeanos, particularmente en este caso, donde La Adela y Rio Colorado están unidas por un puente.
En este sentido se indica que: “atendiendo al impacto que la medida ocasiona en la pequeña región que conforman con la cercana localidad de Río Colorado -Río Negro, donde se entrelazan afectos y costumbres locales, debido a que la provincia de Río Negro ostenta un estatus epistemológico diferente al de La Pampa”.
Por este motivo es que se decidió exceptuar de la “habilitación de los Encuentros Familiares dispuesta por Decreto N° 925/20 a la localidad de La Adela, de conformidad con la evaluación sanitaria y epidemiológica efectuada por la Autoridad Sanitaria Provincial”.
El decreto consigna además que las autoridades sanitarias pampeanas han “analizado los diversos factores que definen una ‘comarca´ y han evaluado epidemiológicamente aconsejable atender el requerimiento del Señor Intendente y del Comité de Crisis de La Adela y, en consecuencia, ha aconsejado que la medida dispuesta por Decreto N° 925/20 no comprenda a dicha localidad, atendiendo a la extrema cercanía con una Provincia con localidades con circulación comunitaria del virus COVID-19, tal como consigna el Gobierno Nacional a través del sitio https://www.argentina.gob.ar/salud/coronavirus-COVID-19/zonas-definidas-transmision-local.
