Se trata de las ciudades de Santa Rosa, General Pico y Toay; al igual que las localidades de Macachín, Victorica y La Maruja, que vuelven a Fase 5 a partir de las 0 de mañana.
La disminución de casos y la ampliación del tiempo de su duplicación, a partir de los resultados de la Fase 2, permitieron al Gobierno provincial tomar la decisión.
A ello se suman la incorporación de nuevas estrategias tanto para detección temprana como para tratamiento de la enfermedad, como lo son la intensa búsqueda activa en territorio, la utilización de test rápidos y el uso de ibuprofeno inhalable.
Tiempo de duplicación de casos
Otro de los parámetros que ameritron esta decisión fue el fuerte incremento en los días de duplicación de casos.Cuando se ingresó a Fase 2, en Santa Rosa los casos se duplicaban cada 7,20 días mientras que ahora lo hacen cada 28,6 días mientras que en General Pico se incrementó dicha duplicación de 7,23 a 36,8 días. En la Provincia se pasó de 10,74 a 30,11 días durante ese mismo período.
Actividades permitidas durante la Fase 5
- Actividades económicas, deportivas, culturales, recreativas y religiosas: todos los días de 7 a 22, con la excepción de restaurantes y locales de gastronomía que atenderán hasta las 24, con una hora de tolerancia.
- Actividades educativas: las clases presenciales quedan habilitadas desde el próximo lunes 16.
- Encuentros Sociales: de 8 a 24 los días sábados, domingos, feriados y vísperas de feriados con un máximo de 10 personas.
- Circulación: estará vedada la circulación durante todos los días de 1.30 a 7.
Reapertura de Puestos Camineros de Ingreso a la Provincia
En razón de la vigencia del nuevo “Ingreso Por Razones NO Laborales” -para facilitar la circulación con más de 100 localidades limítrofes que tengan el mismo estatus sanitario que La Pampa- se procederá a la reapertura de los puestos camineros que vinculan a Anchorena con Villa Maza, Guatraché con Darregueira, General Pico con González Moreno -todos con provincia de Buenos Aires- y Victorica con Arizona y La Maruja con Ingeniero Foster, ambos con la provincia de San Luis.
