Con permisos falseados, detienen otro taxi cordobés intentado eludir la cuarentena

Un nuevo vehículo de alquiler de la vecina provincia cordobesa fue detectado en el puesto caminero Realicó intentando ingresar con tres jóvenes estudiantes. A todos se les iniciaron causas judiciales y debieron regresar a Córdoba.

El hecho se registró en la madrugada, horario que habría elegido suponiendo menos controles,  y se supo que los tres jóvenes que no pudieron ingresar a La Pampa tenían como destino final a Santa Rosa.

Tal como en los casos registrados en las últimas horas, los jóvenes utilizan permisos nacionales de circulación obtenidos en base a Declaraciones Juradas Falseadas.  La modalidad empleada se basa en solicitar los permisos de tránsito federal con datos falsos, en los que se consigna que el regreso obedece a la necesidad de cuidar personas mayores, o con discapacidades.

El falseamiento de datos está penado taxativamente  en el Código Procesal Penal, como también los delitos contra la Salud Pública. Estas son las figuras legales que utiliza el Poder Judicial para avanzar con quienes incumplen la pandemia.
