Una segunda denuncia por abuso sexual recae sobre el sacerdote y ex carapintadas José Miguel Padilla. Según la Red de Sobrevivientes de Abusos Eclesiásticos, Padilla, declaró en las últimas horas por una nueva denuncia de abuso en su contra por parte de un ex seminarista de la fraternidad de Belén. La causa quedó a cargo de la Fiscala Ivana Hernández de General Pico. Además, Padilla afronta una denuncia similar de 2019 cuando todavía era Director del colegio Nuestra Señora de Luján de Intendente Alvear de La Pampa.
Esta mañana la fiscala del Ministerio Público Fiscal de General Pico, Ivana Hernández, le tomó declaración vía zoom a José Padilla quién “nego” los hechos. Según fuentes cercanas a Revista BIFE la justicia busca llevar a juicio a Padilla unificando las dos causas por abuso. La actual denuncia que recae sobre Padilla posee las mismas características que la realizada en 2019: jóvenes ex seminaristas sometidos a permanentes abusos.
“Sabemos, por experiencia, de la existencia de más víctimas, por eso ponemos a disposición nuestra Red, para acompañar las presentaciones correspondientes, cuidando la identidad de las personas afectadas”, aseguró Liliana Rodríguez, psicóloga de Red de Sobrevivientes de Abusos Eclesiásticos, a periodistas de Radio Libre de General Pico.
En 2019, José Padilla ocasionó un escándalo dentro de la iglesia católica tras ser denunciado por Vicente Suárez Wollert, –por entonces de 25 años- por abuso sexual mientras era seminarista en la Fraternidad de Belén, de los Capuchinos de Recoletos.
“Me llevó tiempo poder procesar todo lo que me pasó y recién pude hacer la denuncia hace un año atrás. Hoy la causa está casi parada y necesitamos que Padilla acceda a la pericia psicológica que debieron hacerle el mes pasado. De su parte aducen situaciones de salud”, había confesado Wollert, quién al día de hoy reclama que la causa- que se encuentra “planchada” por la pandemia- avance urgentemente contra el clérigo.
Actualmente, José Miguel Padilla se encuentra en San Luis mientras espera afrontar un posible juicio y posterior condena en La Pampa, provincia en la que supo vivir en Jacinto Arauz y donde generó discordia y echó a unos cuantos curas que cuestionaban sus prácticas “duras” y “cerradas”. Hasta que aterrizó en Intendente Alvear, colocado gracias a un grupo de familias de alto poder adquisitivo de la zona.
