Coronavirus en La Pampa: 101 contagios y 4 fallecimientos

El Gobierno de la provincia de La Pampa, a través del Ministerio de Salud, comunicó que en horas de la tarde del día 20 de enero concluyó el procesamiento de 600 muestras en los laboratorios de la Dirección de Epidemiología y del Establecimiento Asistencial Gobernador Centeno y Lucio Molas, como así también en los diferentes Centros de Salud que analizan test de antígenos, de las cuales 101 resultaron positivas para COVID-19.

De ellas, 31 corresponden a residentes en Santa Rosa, 9 en General Pico, 13 en General Acha, 10 en 25 de Mayo, 6 en Eduardo Castex, 5 en Toay, 4 en Intendente Alvear, 3 en Realicó, 3 en La Adela, 3 en Embajador Martini, 2 en Victorica, 2 en Macachín, 2 en Doblas, 2 en Santa Isabel, 1 en Arata, 1 en Alta Italia, 1 en La Maruja, 1 en Colonia Barón, 1 en Quemú Quemú, 1 en Trenel.


De los 101 casos confirmados en la tarde de hoy, 42 se encontraban aislados por ser considerados contactos estrechos. Debido a la rapidez del diagnóstico por antígenos (en media hora se otorga el resultado), aún se continúa desarrollando la investigación epidemiológica de 59 casos.
De 600 muestras analizadas en toda la Provincia, 205 fueron por test rápidos y 395 por PCR.

Fallecidos
Al cierre del presente reporte se han informado 4 fallecimientos:
-Persona residente en General Acha, sexo femenino, 81 años.
-Persona residente en General Pico, sexo femenino, 70 años.
– Persona residente en Santa Rosa, sexo masculino, 77 años.
– Persona residente en Santa Rosa, sexo masculino, 69 años.

Aclaración sobre la carga de casos confirmados en el Reporte Nacional:
Existe una diferencia de casos confirmados entre el Reporte Provincial y el Nacional ya que se asisten y notifican pacientes que viven en otras provincias que tienen domicilio legal (el que figura en el DNI) en la provincia de La Pampa.

Búsqueda Activa
La estrategia de búsqueda activa con diagnóstico por antígenos lleva entrevistados 37.478 ciudadanos.

Test rápidos
Santa Rosa:  39 test rápidos, 11 positivos.
Hospital de Toay:  16, 1 positivo.
Hospital de General Acha:  27, 10 positivos.
Hospital de Realicó: 13, 3 positivos.
Hospital de Macachín: 3, 2 positivos.
Hospital de Trenel:  5, 1 positivo.
Hospital de Victorica: 5, 1 positivo.
Hospital de Bernasconi: 1 negativo.
Hospital de Caleufú: 3 negativos.
Hospital de Eduardo Castex: 16, 6 positivos.
Hospital de Colonia Barón:  3 negativos.
Hospital de Intendente Alvear: 10, 3 positivos.
Hospital de Guatraché: 3 negativos.
Hospital de 25 de Mayo: 20, 8 positivos.
Hospital de La Adela: 19, 3 positivos.
Hospital de Jacinto Arauz: 19 negativos.
Hospital de Quemú Quemú: 3, 1 positivo.

De un total de 205 muestras analizadas por test de antígenos en el día, 50 resultaron positivas. Esas personas fueron automáticamente aisladas, al igual que sus contactos estrechos que están en seguimiento. Los diagnósticos negativos serán analizados por la técnica de PCR.

Situación provincial
Desde el inicio de la pandemia, en la Provincia, se registraron un total de 15.500 casos positivos para COVID-19, de los cuales 1.591 permanecen activos, 213 fallecieron y 13.696 se recuperaron, 280 en el día de hoy.
 Los casos confirmados activos están distribuidos de la siguiente manera: 554 en Santa Rosa, 228 en General Pico, 109 en Toay, 98 en General Acha, 81 en 25 de Mayo, 58 en Eduardo Castex, 33 en Macachín, 32 en Intendente Alvear, 30 en Colonia  Barón, 23 en Miguel Riglos, 21 en Ingeniero Luiggi,  20 en Catriló, 19 en Winifreda,  19 en La Adela, 16 en Realicó, 16 en Santa Isabel, 15 en Doblas, 14 en Jacinto Arauz, 13 en Caleufú, 13 en La Maruja , 13 en Victorica,  11 en General San Martín, 10 en Bernasconi,  10 en Lonquimay,  10 en Puelches, 9 en Quemú Quemú, 8 en Trenel, 7 en Embajador Martini, 6 en Parera , 6 en Vértiz, 6 en Rancul, 5 en Speluzzi, 5 en Miguel Cané, 5 en Abramo, 5 en Alpachiri, 5 en Arata, 4 en Anguil,  4 en Bernardo Larroudé, 4 en General Campos, 4 en Guatraché, 4 en Quehué, 4 en Colonia Santa  María, 3 en Falucho , 3 en Gobernador Duval, 3 en La Humada, 2 en Metileo, 2 en Uriburu, 2 en Agustoni , 2 en Ceballos, 2 en Quetrequén, 2 en Tomás Anchorena, 2 en Conhello, 2 en Hilario Lagos, 1 en Monte  Nievas, 1 en Ataliva Roca, 1 en Algarrobo del Águila, 1 en Chacharramendi, 1 en Casa de Piedra, 1 en Cereales, 1 en Alta Italia, 1 en Puelén, 1 en Villa Mirasol.
Al día de la fecha se encuentran aisladas un total de 4.134 personas en toda la Provincia.

Pacientes internados
Se encuentran internados 121 pacientes confirmados para COVID-19. En General Pico 24 pacientes, 20 de ellos en modulares y 4 en terapia intensiva. En (CEAR-Modulares) de Santa Rosa 45 pacientes, de ellos 16 en terapia intensiva, 16 en clínica médica y 13 en modulares. En Terapia 1 del Hospital Lucio Molas 1 paciente y en terapia 2, se encuentran 5 pacientes internados. En el Hospital Evita de Santa Rosa 5 pacientes internados en clínica médica. Y en el interior de la Provincia se encuentran internados en clínica médica:
Hospital de General Acha: 7 internados; de Quemú Quemú: 2, de Toay: 2, de 25 de Mayo: 4, de Colonia Barón: 3, de Eduardo Castex: 5, de Guatraché: 1, de Catriló: 1, de Macahín: 1, de Jacinto Arauz: 4, de Intendente Alvear: 2, de General San Martín: 1, de Bernasconi: 4, de Lonquimay: 1, de Doblas: 2, de Santa Isabel: 1.
