En el acto estuvieron presentes el presidente del Instituto Provincial de la Vivienda (IPAV), Jorge Lezcano; el Escribano General de Gobierno, Martín Ellal; el gerente de Legales del IPAV, Darío Diaz, y los representantes de la parte privada.
Lezcano indicó a la Agencia Provincial de Noticias que se trata de la primera escritura que se firma comprendida en el Banco de Tierras.En ese sentido explicó que “el Banco de Tierras fue creado por ley y está tramitando y en distintos procesos de avances más de 100 hectáreas en Santa Rosa y General Pico. En procesos de declaración de utilidad pública algunas, procesos de avenimiento en otros y acuerdo con propietarios como este caso que firmamos hoy”.
Mediante la ley 3208 fue creado el “Banco Provincial de Tierras”, el cual se conforma con los bienes inmuebles que se destinen al mismo a fin de implementar los planes de vivienda creados o a crearse por el Estado provincial y/o por el Estado nacional que se lleven adelante por el Instituto provincial de la Vivienda (IPAV).
Según la ley, el “Banco Provincial de Tierras” es administrado por el Instituto Provincial Autárquico de Vivienda (I.P.A.V.) quien puede disponer de los bienes inmuebles que lo integran y afectarlos a las distintas operatorias y planes de viviendas creados o a crearse que administre y ejecute.
