El Ministerio de la Producción de La Pampa participó en forma virtual de la reunión inaugural del Comité Operativo del Censo de Población, Hogares y Viviendas 2022, encabezada por el presidente de la Nación, Alberto Fernández.
El presidente, Alberto Fernández, encabezó la reunión inaugural del Comité Operativo del Censo de Población, Hogares y Viviendas 2022 junto a funcionarios de su gabinete, diputados, senadores y representantes provinciales, como ministros y titulares del área convocante. Por la provincia de La Pampa lo hizo la ministra de la Producción, Fernanda González y la subsecretaria de Estadística y Censos, Laura Biasotti.
El Censo de Población, Hogares y Viviendas 2022 se llevará a cabo el 18 de mayo del próximo año de manera presencial, pero quienes deseen podrán responder un cuestionario digital que estará disponible desde el 16 de marzo. Los datos preliminares se tendrán un mes después y los definitivos en 13 meses aproximadamente.
Por primera vez el censo se realizará bajo la definición “censo de derecho”, que significa que las personas serán censadas en el lugar en el que residan habitualmente.
El mandatario nacional, Alberto Fernández aclaró que por la pandemia no se pudo realizar el Censo en el momento debido (2020 ya que el último se realizó el 27 de octubre de 2010), y destacó que “el avance de las tecnologías permite hoy facilitar la tarea de los censistas”, en referencia a la incorporación en esta oportunidad de un cuestionario digital. Ante ello pidió la colaboración de todos para poder contar con los datos “más precisos respecto de la Argentina”.
Fernández manifestó que el Censo es una herramienta muy importante para un país, “es una fotografía que le tomamos a la sociedad y que nos permite saber dónde estamos parados y a partir de allí qué políticas implementar”.
Sostuvo además que la falta de datos dificulta la tarea, “nosotros queremos conocer que le pasa a nuestra población carcelaria, queremos saber cuánta gente no tiene casa, qué pasa con los chicos en la calle y los clubes, cuántos argentinos pueden convertirse en soldados de la patria, cuántas personas se dedican a la agricultura familiar”.
Adhesión de La Pampa
A través del Decreto Nº841/21, la provincia de La Pampa adhiere al Decreto Nacional Nº726/20, para la realización del Censo Nacional de Población, Hogares y Viviendas Ronda 2020, para lo cual establece la amplia colaboración a través de los organismos provinciales al Comité Operativo Nacional.
A su vez por el mismo decreto se designa al ministro de Gobierno, Justicia y Seguridad, Daniel Pablo Bensusán como representante de la Provincia en dicho Comité Operativo Censal. Y se establece como secretaria Ejecutiva del Comité Provincial a la subsecretaria de Estadística y Censos, Laura Biasotti, quien controlará y ejecutará el cumplimiento de todos los requerimientos.
Con el fin de asegurar el éxito del relevamiento censal, todas las reparticiones provinciales trabajarán de manera conjunta. “El Censo es una herramienta fundamental para entender nuestra estructura sociodemográfica, la idiosincrasia provincial y definir, así como rediseñar, diferentes políticas públicas, más aún considerando la pandemia que modificó tanto el rol como la agenda del Estado en todos sus niveles”, explicó la ministra González a la Agencia Provincial de Noticias.
“El e-censo se abrirá el 16 de marzo de 2022, tendremos dos meses para responder hasta el 18 de mayo, cuando se realice el barrido presencial en todo el país, por lo tanto será un día feriado. El cuestionario único será de 56 preguntas separadas en módulos (viviendas y hogares, población, actividad económica, identidad de género, reconocimiento étnico, salud, educación)”, detalló Laura Biasotti.
