Los representantes de las clínicas privadas de La Pampa anunciaron este miércoles en una conferencia de prensa que recortarán la atención a PAMI si no se modifican los montos actuales del convenio.
“Las instituciones vienen absorbiendo desde hace dos años la diferencia cada vez mayor entre lo que PAMI paga por prestaciones y el costo real del servicio. Este desfasaje, soportado hasta el momento por clínicas y sanatorios, se torna inviable y lleva a la intención concreta de no renovar el convenio vigente con PAMI”, indicaron los profesionales.
Estuvieron presentes el doctor Carlos Lordi del Sanatorio Santa Rosa, el doctor Ignacio Costabel de Clínica Modelo y la Cra. Yamila Pividori de Clínica Regional.
Lordi explicó que se vienen acumulando retrasos, desde mitad del año 2019, por la falta de actualización desde PAMI. “Las clínicas no somos formadores de precio, es el Estado el que fija cuánto vale nuestro trabajo”, destacó el doctor. “Esta gestión, en todo este tiempo no ha estado a la altura de actualizar. En un momento de alta inflación más los efectos de la pandemia, llega un momento, hasta el día de hoy, que groseramente tenemos casi un 70% de atraso en aranceles. Lo que significa un desfinanciamiento y un peligro inminente de no poder cumplir los compromisos salariales”.
En este sentido también destacó la importancia de los centros de salud privados como fuente laboral y amplió: “Si nos desfinanciamos, no vamos a poder pagar ni los médicos ni los insumos, porque no nos están pagando lo que corresponde.”
El doctor Lordi concluyó su intervención remarcando que todas las gestiones se presentaron ante las autoridades locales de PAMI y que se mantuvo al tanto a autoridades del Gobierno provincial sobre el problema, buscando alternativas de solución.
Las instituciones cumplirán con las prestaciones de acuerdo al convenio, hasta el 30 de septiembre, y de no encontrar respuesta a los pedidos, no firmarán su renovación. Hoy se realizará una reunión con autoridades locales de PAMI.
