El gobernador Sergio Ziliotto los puso en funciones hoy, en el marco de un acto signado por la emotividad ante la ausencia del recientemente fallecido Miguel Tavella. El mandatario los instó a seguir trabajando por las y los jubilados pampeanos y sostuvo que el mejor homenaje que se le puede rendir es “seguir manteniendo la reputación del Instituto de Seguridad Social de La Pampa bien alta”.
“Esta es una de las circunstancias en las que no nos hubiera gustado estar nunca, pero tenemos la responsabilidad de honrar a Miguel –Tavella- trabajando todos los días, porque ese fue el sello que él le impuso a la gestión”, expresó Ziliotto.
Precisó que no se producen grandes cambios porque “creo en los equipos de trabajo y en la internalización de que vamos en el camino correcto. El mejor homenaje que le podemos hacer a Miguel –Tavella- es seguir manteniendo la reputación del Instituto de Seguridad Social de La Pampa bien alta, no solo en la provincia, sino en el resto del país donde muchas veces nos toman como ejemplo”.
Destacó que el sistema previsional pampeano tiene dos iconos que resaltan más que el resto, “una obra social de calidad y el orgullo pampeano que significa el 82 %, que no es solo una cuestión económica, sino una cuestión ideológica que sostiene el derecho de que todos tengan el derecho a transitar la época de descanso de la vida de la mejor manera posible”.
“Debemos seguir buscado siempre como mejoramos las prestaciones. Nos queda la vara muy alta y uno de los principales desafíos es buscar día a día los mayores consensos posibles para mejorar la vida de quienes dependen del sistema previsional pampeano”, indicó.
Finalmente, dirigiéndose a Mendoza, Sánchez, integrantes del Directorio y Gerentes del ISS, les dijo “confío en ustedes, cuenten conmigo, que no solo van a tener enfrente alguien que toma decisiones, sino alguien que los escuche”.
“El bienestar de los afiliados”
Por su parte, Rubén Mendoza, destacó la impronta que marcó en su carrera Miguel Tavella y detalló que “fue quien me señaló la solidaridad como norte, la capacidad de escuchar y de buscar soluciones, poniendo siempre por delante el bienestar de los afiliados del ISS”.
Agradeció los conceptos del gobernador y adelantó que “seguiremos trabajando en equipo, porque no concibo la gestión sin el trabajo grupal, tanto de los gerentes como de los empleados”.
“El norte es seguir trabajando para que el ISS continúe siendo el orgullo que es, apuntando a la mejora continua y permanente, con transparencia y el objetivo claro que nuestros afiliados y nuestros jubilados siempre sigan teniendo la respuesta que hoy tienen”, concluyó.
